Amazing finishes, layout, size, character, continuity, view, land, pool, overall atmosphere...we could just list each feature, they are all wonderful. The whole place is stunning in every respect! When you really love a property - as we can see you love this one, Danilo - you are smiling a lot during the tour and it really shows the property well. It’s a wonderful castle with the universal Italian inconvenience (for me) of multiple steps up and down into rooms. However, I won’t diminish the huge effort and success that has been achieved with this astonishingly beautiful house/ castle/hotel/whatever. Every inconvenience is surmountable of course… Thank you for a delightful presentation.
I have seen hundreds of videos on UA-cam where they try to sell a property in various ways. These are mainly American or Anglo-Saxon interior styles, usually with a Scandinavian touch. American real estate with gold and trump vulgarism naturally goes away immediately. The real estate in this clip goes beyond most I've seen. There is an imaginative beauty, harmony in the whole. The current owners are only to be congratulated on a rare good taste. It's probably the first time I feel a bit jealous. Just to congratulate the new owners: enjoy the house, the area, the food and life. Work less and take advantage of the days you have left. A special plus for our presenter: avoiding a stressful and screaming traditional sales presentation increased the value of the clip more. It's unbelievable that this property is priced so well. At 8.5 only 265 a foot and replacement using 50 percent of reclaimed materials would cost 1000 to 1500 per foot here in the US , About 32 to 40 million. No price could replace 1000 years. Stunning

Incredible! Never seen so cozy and livable castle! Imagine being a child and living there and playing hide and seek. Would take a year to find the other kids :D It would be a workout just to walk to places in your home. It is so large no need to go hiking and that treadmill is completely not making any sense :D
