Good video-good food ideas! I am also trying to prep, but I’m starting out small-making a protein shake with powdered protein 2 cups frozen fruit, and spinach. Btw I run into the same thing with fresh spinach -so frustrating to throw food away😬

Question what if you hit your weight loss macros . But still have 200 or 300 calories left?
if you hit your calories you should in theory hit your macros but the most important thing is just be sure you don't go over cals
