Yes you definitely described my pantry. I would also add sf jello. I've even started adding creatine and coconut water to my jello for added energy. It is very filling.
Im currently eating BAS, Chicken, Turkey Bacon, protein shakes. I need to add in the strawberries and maybe yogurt. I eat eggs also I dont bother with egg whites. Instead eat whole eggs and drink bone broth.

Raspberries, cinnamon, banana, peanut butter, blueberries, strawberries... check out overnight oat recipes there are loads of combinations and you meal prep it the night before so easy!

I use My Fitnesspal to help track my calories. What is the actual calorie intake for 1 large egg? Example: when I search large egg cooked it says 35 calories but if I say it was a hard boiled egg it's 78. Shouldn't it be 35 calories regardless of how it's cooked? Please explain if you can.

This doesn’t apply to everyone. You need more nutrition not content. This is a misconception. You need more protein to stay full and satisfied fruit has tons of sugar and someone with insulin resistant cannot eat a ton of fruit

Mixing the protein powder with either yogurt or i usually do low calorie whip cream on top of a rice cake was a game changer! Great video.

Literally, everyone is different. It really just depends on YOU the individual :) I wish I could give a better answer but that is the truth!
