    Can I get my blood tested for everything - what blood test do I ask my GP for? Testosterone, Vitamins, cholesterol, hormones, IBS and organ function etc.

      Yes you can ask your GP and they can order a test for most of these things 🙂

    Copper is the master regulator of iron. Low or deficient Copper leads to Iron disregulation or overload and serious health issues will result.. ( high zinc lowers Copper and disregulates iron function which then causes Neutrapenia, fatigue, Anemia etc ) 😊

      This is such a good point and probably not many people know about this! It sounds like you are in a science or healthcare field .. 🤔😃

      @@EviePharmacist thanks, but not a science or Health care background, in fact I discovered this effect of excess zinc leads to Iron Overload, Anemia and a host of Low Copper symptoms from personal experience 😢 after being extremely healthy, slim athletic i gradually started having a host of health issues and to cut a long story short I had problems with my Kidneys, liver, shy high triglycerides, breathing difficulties, extreme fatigue, randomly vomiting and severe pressure headaches i ended up in hospital and was a complete wreck. I had an injection which knocked me out full tests discovered excess Iron building up in my internal organs and apparently my Copper was almost non existent. I was told to stop the zinc immediately and my health would return to normal, I was given a Copper medication and very quickly my symptoms disappeared and several months later I was back in complete health...also my hair became brittle and grey and my skin was extremely sagging in my face as Copper also regulates Collagen. It was incredible to see my hair return to dark brown over several months and my skin return to normal smooth skin and healthy colour...I also had extreme bone pain for around 18 months and that has completely gone...the general population should be aware of this ... also zinc without Copper long term actually lowers Testosterone and sexual function due to Iron Overload or Disregulation...Copper is so wonderful for energy ATP , Collagen, quality hair and skin and strong bones..also excess zinc leads to thinning of arterial walls due to lower Copper.. Copper is absolutely wonderful and crucial for overall health of body and mind ,it does so many things to keep you healthy strong and youthful... 🙂

      @@EviePharmacist because of my experience with excess zinc i have been reading and studying about the topic of trace minerals, the role of Copper and its relationship with Iron, cerulopasmin ...Ceruloplasmin is a protein made in your liver. It stores and carries the mineral copper around your body. Ceruloplasmin carries 65% to 90% of the copper found in blood. Copper is vital to many processes in your body. I have bought books to study and I aim to be extremely knowledgeable in this area over a year or two...it is worth looking into this important but less known area of health and there is a health expert who is very knowledgeable about iron and Copper and his name is " Morley Robbins " check him out on UA-cam...I recently bought his book ...Cure Your Fatigue ...I take a complete trace mineral formula around every 3 days or so to keep everything on balance and it works fine 🙂..

      😱😱😱 Can I ask what dose of Zinc were you taking???!

    • @Starchaser63
      @Starchaser63 7 місяців тому

      @@EviePharmacist yes, its about the amount of time zinc is taken and not the amount of zinc ..zinc at the standard 15 mg will have a negative effect on copper but take longer than say a higher dose ... its important to know that any amount if zinc is not advisable, especially on a regular basis..if zinc is taken it must be either on a balanced mineral formula or zinc and Copper taken several hours apart...zinc is especially important for men especially past middle aged as its involved with Testosterone, prostate, and reproductive organs in general but must be balanced with Copper . The bisglyconate is advisable as its highly absorbed..so don't focus on the amount of zinc but more on the duration so zinc at any amount should not be taken on a regular basis without Copper or in a balanced formula. Take zinc or a formula off and on. The body prefers balance rather than focus on a single nutrient... 🙂
