@@WenningStrength i need help. I want my bench press to be heaviest on the bottom eccentric and easier on top concentric part, what can i do with the bands to put all force at bottom eccentric only?
I’d rather watch a 7 minute video with solid information on conjugate than an hour long table talk complaining about how they want to grow the business. Love your vids!
@@WenningStrength i would like advice on how big is intimidating like i want to join the police force andni notice the buffer the officer suspects are willing to cooperate .Up to what point would be deemed impressive to make suspects coopreatw when on uniform .But i don't t want to get to big till i cannot enter small spaces in an emergency Kindly advice
This one is always going to go over my head on how it affects the lifter differently than a banded lift. To the layman such as myself, both are designed to add resistance the further you move from the bottom.
Once saw a guy named Treston Shull squat close to 1000 this way at the old school Supertraining gym. I remember being uncomfortable looking in that general direction until he was done. I wouldn’t have expected to feel so much intensity, just within myself, being in the same space as a guy squatting a bar with 45s stacked to the ends.
Great information as usual! Your channel is the most informative and educational channel out there in the fitness industry. Listening to you has helped me tremendously!!

I truly never understood the difference between chains/bands vs lightened with bands. The way I think about is like this. At every step in the movement there is a certain static load. Lets talk in terms of percentage of ROM At 0% ROM chains will be adding all their weight, bands will not be removing any load. At 50% chains and bands might be roughly equal. At 100% ROM chains will add nothing, bands will be taking as much as they can. Does the force curve really change that much between the two methods? In any-case, thanks for the content.
Best strength and conditioning channel on UA-cam , I just hope everyone else realises !!

Is the sling shot similar to this for the bench press?
Is 7’ also true for squats and incline press setup?
Love From India Coach ❤️❤️
Badass my friend!!!
My gym doesn’t have the catcher bar but the catcher straps in the power racks. Would that work as an anchor or is there too much give to it?
