Question A. How do I attach the blue straps to the barbell and then to the chain, and do the blue straps come with a collar to keep the straps secure to the barbell with the 45 pound plates??
What if there might be more than one way to skin the cat and coach different concepts 🤷🏼♂️ But I hear ya, if that’s how you’ve learned and like to program/perform then proceed. Beau has his methods and rationale as most coaches do.
@@michaelderenne9838 Think a lot comes down to intent/load being used, tbh. You also have to consider the pop being trained and their eccentric overload capabilities and the goals of the bands. This list can go on Again, differences in programming styles...we can agree to disagree for certain training contexts. I would never say "never" regarding programming, honestly. Too much nuance out there for definitives.
