This worked on my EPSON L386. It was not used for months so it just printed blank pages (nozzles were clogged probably).
After a couple of nozzle checks and head cleanings it started to print well again.

Mate ... I ordered 3 different cartages thinking that the problem is with them. I even complained to Amazon for sending me wrong product they refunded me and I kept the cartages :D ...
