epson wf-3640 printing blank pages | printhead cleaning | not printing issue resolved and fixed

Mine is the 3620 has full ink did the cleaning twice and absolutely nothing prints still not one smudge. Any advice thank you!

I have a Epson WF 3620 and it has full ink tanks and the printer has hardly been used and it is just printing plain paper, nothing at all on the paper can you help me solve the issue.
