    Hello Preeti......I'm 7 months in the journey of exploring yoga and while travelling (when I cant attend my class), your tutorials are like a blessing. Thank you for teaching, the pace and the level of intensity which suits me.

    Great practice with a combo of flow and poses. I have a knee problem so could not fold my knee standing and then getting to the ground. Other than that feel it worked for my entire body

    I have been following your videos for more than a year now... very well designed flow of asanas with clear instructions to follow perfectly...my husband has undergone abdominal surgery and if you can come up with a series which can be followed for gradually progressing from week 4 post surgery upto 30 days it will be of great help to gain back his strength.. thanks in advance 🙏

    I've been practicing this particular session for over a week now. It was moderate for me initially but now it feels easy except for 1-2 poses.

    This is perfect for weekend.
    It was moderate for me.
    It had all the stretches I usually want.
    It had right amount of stay time in each asana that I can actually realise the impact it’s having on the body.
    More please like this.

    Hi Preeti, thanks for your wonderful class. I have tried taking youtube yoga classes with innumerable instructors. Along with Kassandra, you are at the very top of my list. I loved how your instructions were so clear and that we held most poses for 5 breaths. I have just subscribed to your channel.

    Thank you Preeti! I love your sessions, the building up, and the fact you explain the movements in detail. I follow your sessions weekly and am so grateful for your videos. You have a calm voice and are a great teacher. In general I can follow most movements and always do the advanced execution. For this intense workout, in my opinion, there could be a bit more flow and faster sequence of movements. In general this felt like an easy workout, although the movement with the knees + bending low to the ground was impossible for me 😅Thanks again!❤

    This video with the 5 parts playlist is really great! It's really helpful especially with the breathing tips at necessary steps of the aasanas.
    Kind request:
    1. Please upload complete 21 day playlist as I find only 5 parts here.
    2. Suggest a complete yoga package for a healthy life especially to an IT person in following all necessary aasanaas that keeps the body flexible and healthy.

    Hi di actually I'm little late for this session but I completed it ❤️ with a headstand 😀 I really practiced hard for it and I am able to do headstand now still don't have enough courage to keep my posture straight while not using the support of the wall but I will come through but I need your help I don't know how to practice for handstand please make a video on it if possible and also 108 rounds of sunsalutation please di eagerly waiting for that one ❣️ thanks 🤗

    Thanks for the yoga sequence, some asanas were easy but on holding for 5counts they become intense, overall a moderate sequence

    Thank you! It was a great moderate session for me. I could feel the change in my emotional state of mind as compared to when I started till the end of the session.
    Just a little feedback - if you can add background calming music (something of nature- water flowing, soothing music of flute, etc.), I really think the video would create more wonders. :)
