Great practice with a combo of flow and poses. I have a knee problem so could not fold my knee standing and then getting to the ground. Other than that feel it worked for my entire body

I have been following your videos for more than a year now... very well designed flow of asanas with clear instructions to follow perfectly...my husband has undergone abdominal surgery and if you can come up with a series which can be followed for gradually progressing from week 4 post surgery upto 30 days it will be of great help to gain back his strength.. thanks in advance 🙏

This is perfect for weekend. It was moderate for me. It had all the stretches I usually want. It had right amount of stay time in each asana that I can actually realise the impact it’s having on the body. More please like this.

You have a calm voice and are a great teacher. In general I can follow most movements and always do the advanced execution. For this intense workout, in my opinion, there could be a bit more flow and faster sequence of movements. In general this felt like an easy workout, although the movement with the knees + bending low to the ground was impossible for me 😅Thanks again!❤

Hi di actually I'm little late for this session but I completed it ❤️ with a headstand 😀 I really practiced hard for it and I am able to do headstand now still don't have enough courage to keep my posture straight while not using the support of the wall but I will come through but I need your help I don't know how to practice for handstand please make a video on it if possible and also 108 rounds of sunsalutation please di eagerly waiting for that one ❣️ thanks 🤗

Just a little feedback - if you can add background calming music (something of nature- water flowing, soothing music of flute, etc.), I really think the video would create more wonders. :)

It was a very good session. Felt so good. However, I could touch the ground with my feet I halasana. I guess I need to practice a lot.
