    Excellent wo Coach Crock. I was not feeling the best when I decided to take this one on, but the progression of the workout allowed me to push through at my own pace and it really felt good at the end. Thank you for putting the warm up and cool down exercises are they are what everyone needs.

    Loved it. Just turned sixty but look younger than that. I'd like to feel younger than sixty and this was very energizing. I feel warmed up and loose after doing this. I love the variations on the exercises so I can work up to the higher intensity. Keep up the good work!

    I did this today
    Comparatively easy and it helped me to focus on the form.
    But heart rate was up

    great vid! love the commentary, warmup, cooldown, and of course the workout itself. also great to have the timer only showing up at the last three seconds so you can't really quit anytime before that. thx alex! :)

    I really enjoyed doing this. It was touch and go towards the end of the cardio but after the cooldown, with my heart rate lowered, I'm sitting here feeling so good about myself

    Hello Alex. I reviewed your latest video, last night and it looked very good. Just completed it.
    I think I have a decent level of fitness for someone of my age and this routine burned 316 calories from beginning to end at my work rate. As you say "the sweat was coming!"
    My favourite parts were the warm up and the warm down!!! 😝

    I've been starting to incorporate HIIT workouts into my weekly routine, but I'm wondering how often should I do them? Also, is it possible to develop a strong, athletic physique with doing primarily HIIT workouts? And if that's the case, how often should I focus on strength conditioning?

      Hey Kieran! Yes you can definitely build a strong, lean athletic physique with mostly hiit workouts! And yeh you can have strength based workouts too. It’s probably best to create a structured programme so that you have balance between this training and enough rest to recover!
