Loved it. Just turned sixty but look younger than that. I'd like to feel younger than sixty and this was very energizing. I feel warmed up and loose after doing this. I love the variations on the exercises so I can work up to the higher intensity. Keep up the good work!

I think I have a decent level of fitness for someone of my age and this routine burned 316 calories from beginning to end at my work rate. As you say "the sweat was coming!" My favourite parts were the warm up and the warm down!!! 😝 Thanks for your efforts. 🙌🏽
I've been starting to incorporate HIIT workouts into my weekly routine, but I'm wondering how often should I do them? Also, is it possible to develop a strong, athletic physique with doing primarily HIIT workouts? And if that's the case, how often should I focus on strength conditioning?
Hey Kieran! Yes you can definitely build a strong, lean athletic physique with mostly hiit workouts! And yeh you can have strength based workouts too. It’s probably best to create a structured programme so that you have balance between this training and enough rest to recover!
