Sweetheart Dinner for 2 CRAB CAKES |STUFFED MUSHROOMS & Shrimp Cocktail

This is my go to thrifty gourmet meal (appetizers) for New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, an Anniversary or any day we wish to celebrate! In this Sweetheart of a Dinner video, we will make thrifty crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms along with shrimp cocktail. I show you step by step, with narration for the visually impaired and with text for the hearing impaired, how to make these recipes.

INGREDIENT LIST:
CRAB CAKES
1 box Stove Top Dressing Mix (chicken or turkey)
3/4 cup water
2 - 6oz cans crab meat (drained)
1/3 cup "real" mayonnaise
1/3 cup to 1/2 cup diced Vidalia onion (optional)
1 Tab fresh lemon juice or 1 tsp lemon juice concentrate
STUFFED MUSHROOMS
1 container mushroom caps (Portabella)
1 Tab butter or olive oil
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs (mix of seasoned Italian and Panko unseasoned)
1 tsp wet minced garlic (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 Tab grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
SHRIMP COCKTAIL
1 bag frozen shrimp w/tail (Aldi "large" - thaw in fridge overnight)
1 jar cocktail sauce
