Egg & Sausage Breakfast CASSEROLE for 2 to 4

- I found this video in my stash and realized I never finished it. Old hairstyle or not (I change frequently), I decided to finish it and upload it to UA-cam. It's a super easy breakfast casserole and you can use pretty much anything you want but I used sausage, potatoes, egg, onion and cheese. Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing, Vickie
INGREDIENTS: Sausage Potato Egg Cheese Breakfast Casserole:
3-4 large (pre-cooked) Sausage Patties cut in pieces OR 1cup cooked ground sausage crumbled
1 can (pre-cooked/drained/dry) potatoes, whole or diced (if using 1-cup frozen, thaw first)
4 whole eggs
1/3 cup milk
1-2 tsp seasoned salt or Salt & Pepper to taste
1/3 diced onion
1 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
Optional Toppings (but highly recommend): salsa and sour cream
8 x 8 x 8 square pan (sprayed well with non-stick spray), makes 4 nice size servings
Bake 350 deg, 30-40 minutes or until set in the middle
