Everything ALDI CHALLENGE 7 meals for 2 for only $25 | Omelettes Chicken Cassoulet | 4 of 4

This is part 4 of 4 videos in my Everything ALDI challenge! I did exceed my original budget of $20 but was able to get 7 meals out of $25.05 (plus tax). In this video, I made breakfast omelets and then chicken sausage cassoulet for dinner.
INGREDIENTS Breakfast:
4 eggs
splash of cream (milk or water)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Ground Italian Sausage (cooked)
Omelet Maker (see link below for "similar" omelet maker)
Chopped/Diced Vegetables (optional)
INGREDIENTS Dinner:
8 oz chicken tenders
2 Smoked Brats
1 cup chicken broth OR 1 chicken bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water (dissolved)
1 can Green Beans (drained)
1 can Whole Potatoes (drained)
1 can Cannellini Beans (drained)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 tsp. wet minced garlic (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 cup diced Vidalia onion (optional)
