Delicious PANCAKE PUFFS Breakfast for 2 w/ Apricot Maple Syrup

- This is my go to recipe on special occasions and holidays! Pancake Puffs topped with warm apricot maple syrup. The taste is like an egg custard and they are absolutely delicious! PANCAKE PUFFS
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 Tab. butter, melted
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Optional: 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract/Flavoring
SYRUP:
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 heaping Tab. Apricot "Preserves"
INSTRUCTIONS IN VIDEO
Bake 400 degrees, 15 minutes
Spray Pan with non-stick spray
Popover Pan - Makes 4 (fill 1/2 full)
2 Round Cake Pans - Makes 2 (fill 1/2 full)
Cupcake Pan - fill cups 1/2 full (haven't tried this, not sure how many it makes)
