    I have a question pls. Can I use overnight cassava or it must be fresh from the farm the same day?

    So freezing and thawing makes it soft enough without so much stress. 🤔

    Sia have you tried combining wheat flour, corn flour and cassava flour in some proportions and bake bread with it and see what happens to the bread outcome?🤔

    Oh this is another nice method paa oo
    The one we know is the chopped and dried ones. I also don't like how dark it turns so this is rather good paa

    Thank you so much for this. I use cassava flour everyday for business and the cost is discouraging. Now I can do mine once I can get cassava.

    You do not need to add the starch though, it’s good to take out some starch.

    awesome video, ty i needed the info.
    i have a question maybe you can help.
    I dont have access to frozen cassava but i do to fresh.
    Would i be soaking and cooking it first before doing the blender part to make the paste to be squeezed of water and then spread out,
    I heard you cannot use cassava raw?
