awesome video, ty i needed the info. i have a question maybe you can help. I dont have access to frozen cassava but i do to fresh. Would i be soaking and cooking it first before doing the blender part to make the paste to be squeezed of water and then spread out, I heard you cannot use cassava raw?
I have a question pls. Can I use overnight cassava or it must be fresh from the farm the same day?
