Ragi has a different texture and appears different even when thoroughly cooked, but once the cooked tortilla sits for a few minutes it loses the sliminess.
I have never tried that. If you decide to add, I would suggest adding a little a first and see the results. I would love to know know how they turn out if you do try it.
