    Thanks for information. Many exercises do with high-tech equipment at gym can be done at home with simple equipment that means Door Horizontal Bars, Loop Bands and Exercise Bench. There are abundant videos in UA-cam about this. I never went to gym in my life, do all cross-training at home.

Gym poitu than irukan but personal training na eduthukathala enaku awanga solitharamatranga verum cardio mattum than panitu varan yenda gym join pananu iruku but pakavama diet maintain panran doctor apdi irunthum 3kg Kami achu one month la athuku apram kami agala kudaiyum agala apdiye than iruku. Strength training nenga soli tharathu enaku romba use full iruku mrng cardio gym 5.30 to 7 panran eve 5clk Strength training nenga soli kuduthatha panran very useful personally.
