Thank you very much for sharing a good recipe,
I will look at your recipe and cook it 😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍
Nice one

😍... Her Igbo is so cute.. Achoba afụ 😜🤣🤣... Nne ịdị too much
@ Flo Chinyere. which supermarket do you buy your edible potash from in spain?
In Nigeria we add ingredients to our meals till the ancestors tell us to stop 🤣. You deserve an award for bringing our Nigerian dishes to the world.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Kai,this comment got me lmao
🤣🤣
My husband is an igbo man and where i hail from we do not have varieties of foods and he is a foodie so i had to learn all the soup and different meal on ur channel and i can proudly say i know how to cook now.
Thanks a lot💖💖💋💋
Still learning for my igbo boyfriend
U spoke my mind have really learn alot
The way she talks, that's even d reason I watched her video. Like a friend to everybody ,cook with passion. Why people complain I don't understand.
😘😘😘 This is exactly another purpose of these "cook with me" videos. I already have short straight to the point videos on all these recipes. But for cook with me videos, I relax and chat with my UA-cam family, sharing whatever goes on in my head as I cook. It's not everytime kpa-kpa-kpa videos that rush through the process. Where are we rushing to? 😂
Thank you. 💛
Meaning that she is a human being. Even if jesus christ come is not everybody that will like him.
But the must important thing is dat we are here 4 her.👌👌👌👌⛷⛷⛷👌🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝I can cook very well but I just like her manners 💋💋💋💋
She is a good teacher but her explanation is always too long. She talks a lot in all her videos.
So true Irene @Flo talks like a friend to friend...why I subscribed when i did.
@@gracembah2752 Talking too much or taking too long I disagree but, the way she is, being herself, her cooking tutorials saves someone's life nd makes others happy whether u believe it or not. Pls. if u r not ok with this, 👆😀 go elsewhere and be happy there, no need complain.
Mama Flo! Your voice and your chuckle is an entire vibe!!!
One of the main reasons I click on your videos is your commentary.
Thank you. More Igbotic voice and sexy chuckles coming your way. 😂😘
I’m so here for this. Btw, I like your accent ma.
All Abacha lovers gather here 🤣😍😍😍😍😍😍
See me ooo
See me oooooooo
My own 5 ingredients will consist of Abacha, red oil, hot pepper, big crayfish and ugba. Thank you for this channel, I am in Chicago and it always takes me back home whenever I watch your show.
I love your choice of ingredients. You actually have space for one more ingredient because for this series, we don't count the main ingredient, salt and water.
I'm glad you enjoy the videos. 💛💛💛
Thank you, in that case I will add stock fish to round it up.
I know how to cook but I don’t know how to cook many Nigerian recipes. You help me with that and I appreciate you for that. You are as blunt and straightforward as I am so you are fine by me. My husband and his family appreciate that I have this knowledge from you and your family. So Thank You for all you do.
I'm so glad to read that Geraldine. Thank you for the feedback. 💛 We get better at what we do when are open to adding more knowledge to what we already know.
This is the content I signed up for, please 😂😂
All abacha lovers gather
Trust dimma with abacha. Lolz
The number 1 Abacha lover has landed! 🙌😋
Our Dimma is here
Onye abacha abiago. Dimma i sight you. When is Abacha Enugu going up on your beauty channel??
When I lived in England I was close with a Nigerian woman who was so amazing and so kind, and her cooking was INCREDIBLE. Thank you for showing me these recipes so I can make them in my home!! Nigerian food is incredible! 💗
*just for the record aunty flo i prepared the 5 ingredient rice last night maybe I'll email you the picture later i gotta tell you it tasted great hubby loved it so much*
Yayyy! I'm glad to read that. Well done!
I like how u use comedy to explain everything. You’re a great cook✌🏾✌🏾🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Flo I love the way you teach when cooking, it makes me to understand it better. You are a good teacher and a wonderful cook, lucky your husband. Thanks. I can now prepare many soup through your teaching.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ok here we go. Part two of the 5 ingredients recipe. I’m salivating already from the thumbnail. Madre Mia 😝
Madre Mia! Ngwanu, let's go thereee. 😋💛
Sister Flo. I love cooking. I know how to cook. Infact, I can say I'm a good cook yet i still love your videos and watch them patiently. I love your voice, the passion and the time you spend making them. And I have learned a few tricks more. So, your chanel isn't only for those who do not know how to cook but for anyone who is open to add to their knowledge.
Yes definitely. I know and interact with lots of great cooks on this channel and we always learn from each other. There's no end to learning. I was talking to those who think they already know it all.
*Goodmorning Aunty Flo is there anything that you don't know how to do hmmmmm nawa oooo kudos I'm learning a lot thank you so much*
I am glad I found your channel. I am married to a igbo man and I am Caribbean. So we share similar foods and the other's I have learned from you and your cookbook. My Senegalese sister has also been a great help. Glad to know her before I met my husband 😂
Why anyone will give you a hard time about the length of your video, I don't know. They can fastforward, skip and so on. You make the best videos in my opinion. Don't listen to wailers please.
Exactly! UA-cam gave us all the technology we need to enjoy all types of videos. I watch "slow" videos on 2x speed just so I don't miss a thing. Or if I don't want to watch, I don't click. Giving a UA-camr a hard time because a video was not "made to order" for you reeks of ... I don't know ... all sorts of bad behaviour. Thank you, glad you enjoy the videos.
Aunty it’s true.
longer video gives you details of the information we need to know.
It’s really a nollywood Ep 1
and am loving, enjoying and learning too.
Wow that's awesome....
Seriously Abacha is one of my favorites food ever
You made me adapt and now really like soft chicken. I no longer add too much ngwo ngwo. Just steam with salt seasoning habanero and thyme then grill afterwards.
Nne too much ngwo ngwo ruins the natural taste of meals. Carry go. 😘💛
Hey auntie I am loving the video!! Thank you for upping my wife level up.
You are welcome. 💛
I enjoyed this recipe very much. I improvised a little with mine and it turned out delicious. I used canned mackerel but fried it, didn't have red onions so I used my white ones for the onion taste, I also used frozen spinach then I added ugba and ground pepper and my abacha is slamming. I heat it up in the microwave to make it warm a bit since my greens were frozen. Thanks for all your recipes. God bless you there in Spain.
Even on UA-cam, Nigerians REFUSE to cook by standardized recipes and measurements! LOL Now I KNOW you're authentic! I love your channel and your accent is lovely, Chinyere!
I like the way your explain your cooking you are the best
You have taught me how to cook a lot after getting married. God bless you ma.
I have been craving for abacha Aunty flo.but don’t have the traditional ingredients,so this 5 ingredients series is for me.
Am making this on Sunday after church service.i can imagine how delicious it’s gonna be.
Sunday here I come oooo.
Thanks auntie
Shape gia bu one million Aunty flo.🙆🏾♀️
Lol @ 1 Million shape. Daalu but Nne convertia nya bu million into dollars as we do in Main Marketi. 😂😂😂
I'm waiting for the feedback in the Abacha. 💃
Flo Chinyere yeeee Aunty I cant wait to share with you.
Excellent! Thank you aunty Flo! i am going to make this now!!!
Update: I didn't have potash and I didn't want to use baking soda. So the ancestors whispered ... "oatmeal powder (grinded oatmeal)"... I warmed the palm oil in low heat and then poured the oatmeal powder in the oil and stirred. The oil curdled a little and then I used that to make the abacha. Aunty Flo , if you reading this try it and share your thoughts...
And Happy New Year everyone. We made it 🎉🎊🎉🎉 and many many many blessings are on their way for us in Jesus name Amen 🙏🏾
Awesome idea. Thanks for sharing! I wonder if corn starch would serve the same purpose?
I made jollof with ur five ingredients recipe, on a normal we don't finish a derica of rice but last night my kids kept asking for more till the whole pot was empty..... Thanks a lot aunty Flo...... U Jst got a new subscriber
The video is three years old and am watching this now and loving it. Am from Kenya but i really love your recipes, your voice too is something else. Much love from Kenya Flo
I've always liked but never commented but seriously these few ingredients series especially this abacha is just taking me back home cause that's how my Grandma cooks hers replacing spinach for utazi and mackerel for oporo(dried prawns). You're right the fewer the seasonings the more natural taste you get.
O yes, our senior citizens did/do not use all these ingredients we add today.
It’s crazy how I have not tried abacha yet, the way you cook it in this video and other videos you have here makes it look very delicious.i can’t wait for the next 5 ingredient video o.Great video as always
Really Neyo? You need to try Abacha at least once in your lifetime. It is very delicious especially the full option version because there's a lot of flavours going on. But some people prefer the less busy version like this one I prepared with few ingredients. Please try it when next you get the chance.
Simplicity at its best. I have no excuse not to try it now.💖
Loving this 5 ingridients series!!! I tried the jollof tonight and I already know this abacha would be fire 😄😄
I'm glad to read that. Yes o, an addition of pepper will take this one to the FIRE level. 💛
Too much talking.
You are a great cooker don’t mind those saying too much taking teaching should be a warm conversation and warm interaction
God bless you ma’am... you’re truly an inspiration. I always look up for your page anytime I want to cook and it has never turned out to be a regret after following your teaching. I pray I get to be a great cook like you soonest😃😊😊😊
I made the best abacha tonight using your soaking method. For the first time it came out right without being soggy. Chukwu gozie gi ezigbo mmadu.
So glad to read that Onyi. Chukwu gozikwaa gi. 😋💛
My love for Abacha, is something I can't explain... I love watching Flo cooking 😜🤗😍... Her voice is a whole vibe🍷
Very detailed process. I made abacha yesterday, it came out bad, I had to rush to your channel to see your own process because I know u will give detailed procedures, now I know where my mistake came from
I over soaked the abacha with boiling water,🤣🤣🤣
Thank you sister flo
I need my own share of the abacha because is so inviting and yummy.
I have never tried not tasted this food but you make me like it. Thank you very much.
Living in NYC; I will prepare the cassava this summer, Thanks for taking it slow,
Exactly how i watch you, like a movie 😂 l love your detailed/ cook with me videos biko....i'm a foodie and i learn a lot of tips from you as well, you make cooking look like fun.
💃💃💃 Thank you for the feedback Favour. All my tiny tricks and tips that will make a difference to everyone's cooking are hidden in these cook with me videos not those rush-rush ones. 😂
Yes oh!! ....thanks for all you do.
I watch your videos not because I don't know how to cook but I love to learn new things to have varieties. I also love your positive personality which is the cherry on top. Thanks so much for your 5 ingredients series. Keep it coming!
Zomiks you don't need any introduction. We know ourselves, family members who come out to play because all tim-gwom cooking and no chit-chat makes a channel a robotic channel. These complaints usually come from monitoring spirits who only show up when they have a complaint.
There are some words that are better left as thoughts because the person is not forcing them to watch, they can use same energy to skip to their interesting point in the video or click away entirely. But no, they must let the UA-camr know that he/she wasted 10 hours recording and editing important information for those who need it.
Daalu Nne. 💛🤗
I love you recipe and method my friend's and my family members are well appreciate each time I made one of your recipe they really enjoyed the meal
I enjoy your explanations more than the cooking itself. More power to your elbow💪.
My happiness is how you marry science with Nigerian cooking. Ekwube eziokwu at this stage aunty Flo has taught a whole generation how to cook. Jisie ike. Ụwa maara gị mma o
Chai sister Flo this abacha 😋 biko I'm coming with my pami to eat that abacha my heart is already doing polina polina. Drink your Odeku na pami I go use eat my own when I come 😊
You know what's up! Palmy ooo! 😋 Biko don't remind me of what I'm missing in the village. 😂
Yeah...Flo you are really a wonderful cook...I follow your teaching back to back.....Love your cooking soooo much
Auntie am your target audience. thanks so much for the tips . You’ve helped me a lot. 😘
I add egg plant to mine cos it’s truly edible. I stay in the USA and I am able to make “full option” Abacha. I love your channel joor! Great tips as always!!!!
I love your delivery Nne. We Nigerians don’t measure ingredients we add to our taste. I mean it’s a no brainer.
I have a way of making my meals and it is usually sweet, but I also love the way you explain the ingredients and the whole gisting, I love watching you make food your own way ... I honestly think that this channel is for both experts and non experts... You must learn something from Aunty Flo
I think am perceiving the abacha already. Thanks for all the explanations. Take High five(5)🖐️
I so much love your cooking
Yesoooo l already like it before watching . I have everything except the mackerel fish. Will definitely try this
You are so right mama, moderation in seasoning is d best
I never knew abacha before until I watch your entertained cooking video. Thank you for sharing. One of these days, I will try to cook abache. The only ingredient I need to get is the red palm oil which I never use before. The mixing of red palm oil with potash reminds me of making a mayonnaise. Anyway, I like your presentation style and it is OK to talk a lot, especially spice it with humors like you did in the video. BTW, you are a pretty handsome Nigerian woman, especially with that long hair style. Your husband must be a lucky one.
Such a humble natural and responsible woman
Notification squad. My old time favorites any day any time. Still watching 👍👍👍😍😍
Season nyelum aka...lol. Floopy disk! You haven't changed one bit. Good to see u doing what u ve always loved. U re indeed a good teacher. New to your channel and loving every bit...good job.

You will reach everywhere you want to reach. Good luck 💛🤗
@@FloChinyere Thank you big Aunty.
😃 You're so Right, sometimes, I pity for these White people, they measure every single thing, I have a family friend (German lady married to an Igbo man) who asked me how many tsp of salt she could add to her Okro (800g) when cooking, (ike kwuru Oto gwu m.) I told her to Add it bit by bit till it tastes exactly like the one she ate in my House, Honestly I don't know what to answer...!
Wowww!! This Abacha is currently lecturing at Harvard ooooh, 😋😋😋😋😃😃😃.
I so much Love it when I bite into chunks of Onions, Choooi...!
Thanksfor dropping great Tips on how to prepare awesome dishes with Just 5 Ingredients , please keep them coming 😘👌👌👌👌😋😋😋
It is really chaiful. No be small ike ikwuru oto gwu gi. There's no way to answer that question to be honest.
Anyway, this video is for all our wonderful originally non-Nigerian spouses and partners who are going the extra mile to make our brothers and sisters happy. Hopefully they will find solace and be encouraged in the fact that we also can't put a quantity to those kinds of ingredients.
@@FloChinyere Exactly, Gbam! With all these explanations from you, they won't find it stressful to try out our (African) Recipes.
This great Tips of yours ka ndi Oyibo n'akpo "Abbreviation "....!
👌👌👌
Just tried it and it came out fabulous
The way you take your time to explain in your videos, that’s the way I take my time to watch your videos in fact I can’t even fast forward anything cos I will miss out on your tips and tricks. Thank u for taking your time 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Thank you so much Osa. Your comment makes it so worth it. 💛😘
Wonderful I'm going to try it
You are a great cook i like ur cooking method
Abacha is my favourite food
I lovee Abacha soo much., i use anything available, even cucumbers.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thank you for sharing aunt Flooo... 😘😃
Carry go sister. When you try them a few times, some of them will start tasting like the original ingredients. I see how cucumber can taste like garden eggs if you close your eyes at the right moment and savor it. 🤣🤣🤣
@@FloChinyere 🤣🤣😂😂😂.... the taste of garden eggs is already there oooooo, I don't even need to close my eyes sef to taste garden eggs.Garden eggs or not, Abachaa, is one of my favorite Igbo rich food.Best regards... 😍😘
