Watching this video made me realize I would have failed at making abacha the first time I attempted to make it. So I was pregnant with my first child and I saw someone eating it in a movie, that was how my cravings started 😂😂😂. I went to the African store to get some abacha, upon getting home I was so weak. You know first trimester cravings and laziness, that was how I soaked abacha, and I said let me sit down for few minutes to catch my breath, before I knew what was happening, I slept off. That was how I woke up to soggy eba looking abacha 😂😂😂. To date I still have not tasted abacha, and looking at all the ingredients and process that goes into making it, I would have still flopped my first attempt. 😂😂😂

Don't soak the abacha in hot water next time,just do cold water and bring out immediately and spread out in a seive (no offence pls)my favorite meal (Enugu anyi ooo)
Bring a chair ,sit down ,wash ur hands, pour some of the sauce in a big bowl add abacha and turn with ur hands....yum yum😊
