    Neck Spasm is a condition of stiffness of neck and it adjacent structures like head shoulder and scapula which happen when the muscles in your suddenly tighten without your control. The contracting muscles may make moving your neck, head , shoulders and scapula difficult.
    There are two main cause of the condition which cause neck spasm
    1. When we spend our long period of time infront of electronic screen like mobile laptop computer and tablet that is very common in today's lifestyle can over exert our neck and due to that there is unwanted stress on neck and some day when we sleep and wake up in the morning many times our neck and surrounding structure like head shoulder and scapula become stiff and spasm developed over there.
    2. In winter the cold air trigger nervous system and our blood vessels getting veso constricted and there is loss of heat and thus sometimes our neck being developed spasm around same.
