    Supraspinatus Tendonitis is the commonest cause of Shoulder Pain which is caused due to inflammation or micro injury to the Supraspinatus muscle Tendon. Their are 3 main causes of Supraspinatus Tendonitis
    Which are
    1. Degenerative Change to The Shoulder with aging
    2. ⁠Repetitive Overuse of Overhead activities like painting or electrical works
    3. ⁠Direct Trauma To the shoulder Joint due to fall on shoulder on outstretched hand
    So There are 3 measures for diagnosis of the condition
    1. Location of pain/ Tenderness
    2. ⁠Painful Arc- Pain start when do shoulder abduction in the range between 60 - 120 Degree And pain get relieved after and before the specific range
    3. ⁠Empty Can Test
