I'm seeing a pattern. The first execution has the blackened being dragged by a metal collar. The second one does not have "Reach for the stars" playing. The third one kills 2 people. The fourth and fifth ones bump off the loveable characters The sixth one are executions of a mastermind (Junko, Tsumugi)
I guess a "proper" pattern for chapter 2 is that the death of the chapter didn't have to happen/involved someone who wasn't in a good emotional state at the time. Spoilers obviously - First game - Mondo killed after snapping due to being reminded of his insecurities. He is one of the only killers in the game to go down gracefully, I'd say the one who tries to fight back the least. Hell, the first half of the trial is because of something SOMEONE ELSE did. Second game - Fuyuhiko I believe mentions how he didn't want his conversation with Mahiru over the Twlight game to end in death, but she ended up saying something that pushed him over the edge...and Peko killed, once again, an outcome Fuyuhiko didn't want. The video game had also put both the "accomplice" and victim in a bad state mentally due to them figuring out their...personal connections to it. Third game - Kirumi got desperate once she realized her county needed her (and then...well...those who know...know) and Ryoma consistently showed suicidal tendencies. Combine the two together and well...Ryoma died. There is a chance if neither of them got a hold of their motive videos, it wouldn't had happened.

Spoilers: Ok so TECHNICALLY there were two traitors if you really think about it. Mukuro and Sakura both were working with Junko/Monokuma. They were helping the mastermind and betraying the others from the very begining, either willingly or not.

Fun facts about all executions: Leon: He hated baseball. Edit: he did like it. I'm only refering to one sentence here which Leon said in the prologue. It's the "I wanna become a musician" part,,, sorry for my misunderstanding. He wanted to be a musician so badly so that's why he got killed by baseballs. (Edit: sorry for exaggerating, too, lmao) Mondo: In a Japanese mythology it's been said that 2 tigers fought each other and ran in circles so fast that they turned into butter. Celeste: She was happy at the start of the execution because she would be killed by fire in a gothic like castle making this death unique. But after that, a fire truck hits Celeste making her death one of the most common ones; a car accident. Also, in the manga you can see Celeste being happy and all but looks desperate after seeing that she's gonna get crushed by a truck since it's not unique at all. Alter Ego: Alter Ego does have feelings. After being carried by Makoto in his jacket they said it tickles. In their execution Alter Ego expresses pain through their eyes while getting smashed. Makoto and Kyoko: there's nothing unique about these but they've been taught how kids are made right before they died ( or Makoto being a survivor ). Idk if they knew how kids are made but yea,, Junko: there's nothing special about this one, too. But, since she survived all the executions other than the last one, it could be possible that, after the last one, she died but her body somehow survived when considering that she survived 5 executions. That's why it was possible for the Remnants of despair to cut the arm off Junko's dead body and even tried to fertilize her corpse. 600 LIKES? The sixth one are executions of a mastermind (Junko, Tsumugi)
Reach for the stars was only in DR2, not Trigger Happy Havoc or V3.
I guess a "proper" pattern for chapter 2 is that the death of the chapter didn't have to happen/involved someone who wasn't in a good emotional state at the time. Spoilers obviously -
First game - Mondo killed after snapping due to being reminded of his insecurities. He is one of the only killers in the game to go down gracefully, I'd say the one who tries to fight back the least. Hell, the first half of the trial is because of something SOMEONE ELSE did.
Second game - Fuyuhiko I believe mentions how he didn't want his conversation with Mahiru over the Twlight game to end in death, but she ended up saying something that pushed him over the edge...and Peko killed, once again, an outcome Fuyuhiko didn't want. The video game had also put both the "accomplice" and victim in a bad state mentally due to them figuring out their...personal connections to it.
Third game - Kirumi got desperate once she realized her county needed her (and then...well...those who know...know) and Ryoma consistently showed suicidal tendencies. Combine the two together and well...Ryoma died. There is a chance if neither of them got a hold of their motive videos, it wouldn't had happened.
Well Kii-bo and Tsumugi kinda shared a execution so (I'm sorry wholesome bean but) *kii-bo sus*

Ok so TECHNICALLY there were two traitors if you really think about it.
Mukuro and Sakura both were working with Junko/Monokuma. They were helping the mastermind and betraying the others from the very begining, either willingly or not.
Sakura didn’t work with Monokuma Monokuma asked her and tried to get her to work with him so she killed herself to try and get rid of it all

Fun facts about all executions:
Leon: He hated baseball.
Edit: he did like it. I'm only refering to one sentence here which Leon said in the prologue. It's the "I wanna become a musician" part,,, sorry for my misunderstanding.
He wanted to be a musician so badly so that's why he got killed by baseballs.
(Edit: sorry for exaggerating, too, lmao)
Mondo: In a Japanese mythology it's been said that 2 tigers fought each other and ran in circles so fast that they turned into butter.
Celeste: She was happy at the start of the execution because she would be killed by fire in a gothic like castle making this death unique. But after that, a fire truck hits Celeste making her death one of the most common ones; a car accident. Also, in the manga you can see Celeste being happy and all but looks desperate after seeing that she's gonna get crushed by a truck since it's not unique at all.
Alter Ego: Alter Ego does have feelings. After being carried by Makoto in his jacket they said it tickles. In their execution Alter Ego expresses pain through their eyes while getting smashed.
Makoto and Kyoko: there's nothing unique about these but they've been taught how kids are made right before they died ( or Makoto being a survivor ). Idk if they knew how kids are made but yea,,
Junko: there's nothing special about this one, too. But, since she survived all the executions other than the last one, it could be possible that, after the last one, she died but her body somehow survived when considering that she survived 5 executions. That's why it was possible for the Remnants of despair to cut the arm off Junko's dead body and even tried to fertilize her corpse.

It doesn’t stop until it reaches the ceiling, which is pitch black and covered in what looked like glowing white dots...but were actually spikes!
The spikes only hurt a little, though. What kills you is the bed crashing through the floor and falling down, down, down!

You look up, you see your friends trapped in a pencil. Apparently, you were tied up on an unfinished comic book. The eraser part of the pencil seems to have been replaced with a buzzsaw. You friends look dowm on you, terrified. The buzzsaw starts and it swings right on top of you, gradually slowly going down and swinging faster, Monokuma speeds it up a bit. You don't see anything after that.
