To be fair, the idea of a 'normal person' having an execution is very interesting! Especially if they're actually normal, cough cough Hajime. It could be some sort of twist pun name on finding talent, where the person getting executed is 'helped' by monokuma to find their talent (bonus points if the talents chosen are the talents of the people in the game OR if they're the Mastermind, it's based on all of the talents of the people that their killing game killed, kinda junko-style but based on all the dead, even the victims AND executioners, AND based on their talents,) by putting them through a vigorous course of doing everything but it slowly but surely kills them via exhaustion and a lot of injuries from doing things they're not talented at whilst the people who have that talent could get through it, albeit with hardships, this person has No Talent and cannot do anything 'special' to save themselves!

Fun fact : 'Reach the stars' plays only at those executions where the "innocent" people got killed. For example !SPOILERS! Teruteru didn't want to kill Byakuya,he wanted to protect everyone by killing Nagito that meant the killing as prank. Another example like Tsumiki. She got infected by Memory disease and killed two girls. If she hadn't that disease she would survive all chapters. Edit: Whoa I never expected so many likes. Also I am sorry I forgot about Chiaki. Chiaki did not want to kill anyone.

For my execution, I think I'd be in a large bottle, with a giant Monokuma standing over me. He pulls out a pen, and as he's writing on a giant piece of paper next to the bottle, he looks at the pen, then shakes it as if it had run out of ink. He then dips the pen into the bottle, Impaling me in the process, and continues to write, then dips his pen into the "ink" (my blood) until I'm finally dead. After he's finished writing, he lifts up the paper, and the only word on it is "Guilty!". I'm SHSL writer.

Fun facts about *all* executions: Teruteru: He hates deep-fried meals. That's why Monokuma deep-fried him. Peko: She wanted to at least protect Fuyuhiko from getting killed, too, so that's why she hugged him in the end so that *she* will be killed. Fuyuhiko was meaned to be killed in the 3rd chapter by Mikan and Hiyoko a survivor but that would mean Peko's sacrifice was meaningless. Mikan: In the 3rd chapter since there was a last-minute change Hiyoko didn't even have a murder weapon. Its been said that Mikan got a lethal injection from Monokuma right away and everything after were hallucinations. She hates big things, big syringe, big arm/fist and space, the biggest thing known. Gundham: I think his spell didn't fail. He did the spell to protect his hamsters which seems legit since they didn't get hurt at all. Also, Gundham was shocked rising into heaven whereas he wanted to go to hell. Chiaki: now, this execution is one of my favs. Kazutaka Kodaka, the main story writer, made all the executions from the first game but not the ones in the second game. He let others create the executions and after the fourth one he took over again and created Chiaki's one by himself [which doesn't mean that they were bad! They all are unique]. After that he did all the executions from NDRV3, too. This *might* be a reason but I like the others, too :). Chiaki was first put into Space invaders ( ty for correcting me in the comments! ), then getting chased by Pac-man and got killed in Tetris which is, according to replies (ty) the only game Chiaki couldn't beat... EDIT: guys I didn't expect this to get 75 likes, ty all so much! I'm just a Danganronpa fanboy who literally watched everything related to it and I'm so happy I could share my opinion and thoughts with y'all 555 lezzgo,, It's actually really fun theorizing and discussing here

Geo Mata Tital: The doctor's perscription The doctor is forced to take a pascription of hallucinogenics by his theropist ie mono bear and see's monobear close in on him with a knife he of course tries to take it from him but his hand gose threw him more monobears come but he is powerless so he feels the monobears stabbing him constantly but int he end he's jsut fine int he doctors office he is soon taken to "Monobear's asylem" where he will raceve shock theoropy of course thay fry him to a crisp
My execution: I'm fighting my way through a crowd and fail miserably. I jump inside a cannonball for protection, to which Monokuma begins loading inside of a catapult. A bunch of dynamite sticks are surrounding the cannonball and Monokuma shoots me into the air. A huge bullseye is in the distance as the cannon rockets towards it. The explosives detonate and send a partially burnt me flying through the air. Right before I hit the bullseye and feel the sweet embrace of death, Monokuma's helicopter flies under me to "catch my fall". The execution ends with a picture of a shish kebab and a smoothie (symbolizing the explosion and the shredding). This is based on if I was a SHSL Emotion-based thing.

The balls hit the "Pins", knocking Shrek off the tower. Shrek survives the fall, and tries to stand up, suddenly a dragon picks him up, and carries him to a laptop. The dragon drops Shrek ontop of the laptop's keyboard, then the music stops, suddenly the laptop slams shut, and pink blood splashes out from between the closed laptop. ;)
Juliet Kris, Ultimate Traditional Artist [Execution!] JULIET KRIS IS GUILTY OF MURDER. EXECUTION COMMENCING. Master of the Canvas / All the Colors of the Artist (i can't decide which one sounds better lmao) A pair of cuffs clasped around Juliet’s wrists and forcefully pulled backwards, past all the students and into the execution chamber. The entire room was blank and white with nothing in it except for Juliet, and the chains continued to pull her back until she pressed right up against the wall. By the way it felt she could tell it was thin, almost like paper. The room unfolded itself so that it was no longer enclosed but rather a single, rectangular sheet with Juliet in the center of it. A bunch of paint brushes came out from a bunch of mechanical arms and began painting the whole canvas in beautiful colors. Blue, yellow, purple, green, orange, just about every color you could think of splashed about it, even getting a fair amount of paint on Juliet. Something in this paint made it sting her skin. Chemicals, perhaps. Drops of paint fell into her eyes, reducing the artist to tears as the colors faded from her speckled vision. Even with all of this paint, there was still one color this painting did not have. That color was red. As a final touch to the painting, a large, steel paint roller came out to the center of the painting. It started from the bottom and began working its way up… and up… and up… Trembling and crying, the now blinded Juliet could hear it; she could feel it getting closer to her. With one swift, jerking move, the paint roller crushed the girl entirely and blood splattered all over the canvas. Now with such a nice, lovely shade of red, the painting was complete!
i guess if you wanted to go with something more traditional to the game, alternately this red could be more of a pink color, but it honestly doesn't matter that much
I have seen that others have been telling their executions. Mine would probably be like a giant chess game with me tied to maybe the king. As time goes on the more terrified I'll get then in the end me and the king I am strapped to (preferably the black) will be smashed by monokumas queen. Sounds good for a Super Duper High School Level Tactician, Right? Hopefully that doesn't happen though... also I'd like to say that the death of gundham tanaka made me so sad... he was my absolute favorite character ;-;
The fact that Gundham and Nekomaru literally agrees to kill themselves in order to get the others to survive, and the fact that they both were "the strong ones" really chokes me up.
Name: Hakka Rumu Talent: Ultimate Hacker (If) Murdered: Just think of a very gruesome and brutal way of being tortured until death. (If) Killer: His reason is because he had been trying to supress this "feeling" he has been trying to hide the entire time. Then he assumes that that "feeling" is Despair. (If) Executed: The Red Room Hakka is strapped to a chair in a room with a red blinking light and a camera on front of him. Then Monokuma appears with a mask and greets to the camera. Hakka had realized that the red light that had been bothering him is coming from the camera, and assumed it's a live stream. Then a monitor and a keyboard is placed in front of him with a wire connected to the straps to him and the chair. Hakka immediately tried to hack the straps with his right hand since his left hand is strapped (making it difficult since the Shift key is needed at some times). Monokuma, grinning, brought out wire clippers and cutted one of his left fingers, making him scream in agony. After a short moment, he lightly shook his head and kept typing. Monokuma kept cutting his fingers until there was none. After a minute or so, he finally got one of the straps free. While Hakka is hacking the other strap, he noticed that Monokuma was gone, then after a while, came back with a mysterious machine. He stabbed his cut up hand with the sharp part of the machine and turned it on. The number 1 appeared on a part of the machine, and just after seeing that, Hakka was being electrocuted. After a moment of suffering, with tears on his eyes, he continued hacking, poorly trying to ignore the electrocution. Then Monokuma pressed a button with the machine, and Hakka felt more pain than before. He glanced to the machine and the number is now 2. He had figured out that the number indicates the power of the machine. After even more suffering, so close to finishing the hack, Monokuma became impatient and set the number to 9. Hakka kept screaming and screaming as the electricity is nearly frying his insides. He then finally opened the other strap, and Monokuma became irritated. Hakka pushed him weakly (because the pain he'd been enduring had made him extremely tired) and tried to crawl to the door. When he touched the doorknob, his hand went through it. He had realized it's a hologram and there was no way to leave the room. Hakka finally broke and cried, while moving his body around because of despair. After a long period of crying, Monokuma pulled his hair and bashed him to the floor, instantly killing him. Lol this was too long. If you read all this, you'll get a free cookie 😂.

Pretending to be preparing for a performance to cheer everyone up, he finds a secret passway into the kitchen. There he murdered me with one of my own kitchen knives, and tried to get rid of me by putting me in the food I was making. This food was passed out at the music event by someone else, as a note in the kitchen stated I was unwell, explaining my absence. He was found out because they found the passage, a sheet of music was left in the kitchen, and his trumpet was splashed with blood, then cleaned. Execution: A Final Symphony He is tied down in a large theater surrounded by an entire Orchestra, with us being forced into the stands. The Orchestra begins to play, loudly and horribly. The music shatters his ear drums and he dies of internal bleeding in his brain.
the 'Reach for the Stars' thing is only played for those who didnt mean to kill. but that also means everyone in this game should have that, and heres why: Teruteru: He only killed because he wanted to save others from Nagito, and he didnt even kill Nagito, he killed Twogami. Peko: She was trying to save Fuyuhiko from being executed because that was kinda her job, to make sure Fuyuhiko didnt die, and that ended in her killing Mahiru. Mikan:She was under the influence of the disease, so she couldnt control what she was doing. Gundham: He only killed Mechumaru because he wanted to save everyone so they wouldnt starve. and in the end, if Gundham hadnt took action first it would be Mechumaru who was executed. Gundham even left opening for Mechumaru to escape, but he didnt and that ended with Gundham killing him. Chiaki: It was complete chance that she was the one who threw the poison bomb sleep bomb thingy. Edit: In conclusion, all of them should have the 'Reach for the Stars' thing.

He repeats it until the ditch is completely filled up, burying the gardener alive. Then another Monokuma sprinkles some seeds on the now filled in grave and also waters them. The seeds grow into daisies and a different Monokuma picks one of them with a happy expression on his face. My god, I think I need help.

For my execution, I think I'd be in a large bottle, with a giant Monokuma standing over me. He pulls out a pen, and as he's writing on a giant piece of paper next to the bottle, he looks at the pen, then shakes it as if it had run out of ink.
He then dips the pen into the bottle, Impaling me in the process, and continues to write, then dips his pen into the "ink" (my blood) until I'm finally dead. After he's finished writing, he lifts up the paper, and the only word on it is "Guilty!".

Fun facts about *all* executions:
Teruteru: He hates deep-fried meals. That's why Monokuma deep-fried him.
Peko: She wanted to at least protect Fuyuhiko from getting killed, too, so that's why she hugged him in the end so that *she* will be killed. Fuyuhiko was meaned to be killed in the 3rd chapter by Mikan and Hiyoko a survivor but that would mean Peko's sacrifice was meaningless.
Mikan: In the 3rd chapter since there was a last-minute change Hiyoko didn't even have a murder weapon. Its been said that Mikan got a lethal injection from Monokuma right away and everything after were hallucinations. She hates big things, big syringe, big arm/fist and space, the biggest thing known.
Gundham: I think his spell didn't fail. He did the spell to protect his hamsters which seems legit since they didn't get hurt at all. Also, Gundham was shocked rising into heaven whereas he wanted to go to hell.
Chiaki: now, this execution is one of my favs. Kazutaka Kodaka, the main story writer, made all the executions from the first game but not the ones in the second game. He let others create the executions and after the fourth one he took over again and created Chiaki's one by himself [which doesn't mean that they were bad! They all are unique]. After that he did all the executions from NDRV3, too. This *might* be a reason but I like the others, too :). Chiaki was first put into Space invaders ( ty for correcting me in the comments! ), then getting chased by Pac-man and got killed in Tetris which is, according to replies (ty) the only game Chiaki couldn't beat...

My execution:
I'm fighting my way through a crowd and fail miserably. I jump inside a cannonball for protection, to which Monokuma begins loading inside of a catapult. A bunch of dynamite sticks are surrounding the cannonball and Monokuma shoots me into the air. A huge bullseye is in the distance as the cannon rockets towards it. The explosives detonate and send a partially burnt me flying through the air. Right before I hit the bullseye and feel the sweet embrace of death, Monokuma's helicopter flies under me to "catch my fall". The execution ends with a picture of a shish kebab and a smoothie (symbolizing the explosion and the shredding).
This is based on if I was a SHSL Emotion-based thing.

JULIET KRIS IS GUILTY OF MURDER. EXECUTION COMMENCING.
Master of the Canvas / All the Colors of the Artist (i can't decide which one sounds better lmao)
A pair of cuffs clasped around Juliet’s wrists and forcefully pulled backwards, past all the students and into the execution chamber.
The entire room was blank and white with nothing in it except for Juliet, and the chains continued to pull her back until she pressed right up against the wall. By the way it felt she could tell it was thin, almost like paper. The room unfolded itself so that it was no longer enclosed but rather a single, rectangular sheet with Juliet in the center of it. A bunch of paint brushes came out from a bunch of mechanical arms and began painting the whole canvas in beautiful colors.
Blue, yellow, purple, green, orange, just about every color you could think of splashed about it, even getting a fair amount of paint on Juliet. Something in this paint made it sting her skin. Chemicals, perhaps. Drops of paint fell into her eyes, reducing the artist to tears as the colors faded from her speckled vision. Even with all of this paint, there was still one color this painting did not have. That color was red.
As a final touch to the painting, a large, steel paint roller came out to the center of the painting. It started from the bottom and began working its way up… and up… and up… Trembling and crying, the now blinded Juliet could hear it; she could feel it getting closer to her. With one swift, jerking move, the paint roller crushed the girl entirely and blood splattered all over the canvas. Now with such a nice, lovely shade of red, the painting was complete!

I have seen that others have been telling their executions. Mine would probably be like a giant chess game with me tied to maybe the king. As time goes on the more terrified I'll get then in the end me and the king I am strapped to (preferably the black) will be smashed by monokumas queen.

(If) Murdered: Just think of a very gruesome and brutal way of being tortured until death.
(If) Killer: His reason is because he had been trying to supress this "feeling" he has been trying to hide the entire time. Then he assumes that that "feeling" is Despair.
(If) Executed: The Red Room
Hakka is strapped to a chair in a room with a red blinking light and a camera on front of him. Then Monokuma appears with a mask and greets to the camera. Hakka had realized that the red light that had been bothering him is coming from the camera, and assumed it's a live stream. Then a monitor and a keyboard is placed in front of him with a wire connected to the straps to him and the chair. Hakka immediately tried to hack the straps with his right hand since his left hand is strapped (making it difficult since the Shift key is needed at some times). Monokuma, grinning, brought out wire clippers and cutted one of his left fingers, making him scream in agony. After a short moment, he lightly shook his head and kept typing. Monokuma kept cutting his fingers until there was none. After a minute or so, he finally got one of the straps free. While Hakka is hacking the other strap, he noticed that Monokuma was gone, then after a while, came back with a mysterious machine. He stabbed his cut up hand with the sharp part of the machine and turned it on. The number 1 appeared on a part of the machine, and just after seeing that, Hakka was being electrocuted. After a moment of suffering, with tears on his eyes, he continued hacking, poorly trying to ignore the electrocution. Then Monokuma pressed a button with the machine, and Hakka felt more pain than before. He glanced to the machine and the number is now 2. He had figured out that the number indicates the power of the machine. After even more suffering, so close to finishing the hack, Monokuma became impatient and set the number to 9. Hakka kept screaming and screaming as the electricity is nearly frying his insides. He then finally opened the other strap, and Monokuma became irritated. Hakka pushed him weakly (because the pain he'd been enduring had made him extremely tired) and tried to crawl to the door. When he touched the doorknob, his hand went through it. He had realized it's a hologram and there was no way to leave the room. Hakka finally broke and cried, while moving his body around because of despair. After a long period of crying, Monokuma pulled his hair and bashed him to the floor, instantly killing him.

He is tied down in a large theater surrounded by an entire Orchestra, with us being forced into the stands. The Orchestra begins to play, loudly and horribly. The music shatters his ear drums and he dies of internal bleeding in his brain.

the 'Reach for the Stars' thing is only played for those who didnt mean to kill. but that also means everyone in this game should have that, and heres why:
Teruteru: He only killed because he wanted to save others from Nagito, and he didnt even kill Nagito, he killed Twogami.
Peko: She was trying to save Fuyuhiko from being executed because that was kinda her job, to make sure Fuyuhiko didnt die, and that ended in her killing Mahiru.
Mikan:She was under the influence of the disease, so she couldnt control what she was doing.
Gundham: He only killed Mechumaru because he wanted to save everyone so they wouldnt starve. and in the end, if Gundham hadnt took action first it would be Mechumaru who was executed. Gundham even left opening for Mechumaru to escape, but he didnt and that ended with Gundham killing him.
Chiaki: It was complete chance that she was the one who threw the poison bomb sleep bomb thingy.
Edit: In conclusion, all of them should have the 'Reach for the Stars' thing.

Naoki is tied up and dumped into a square ditch. Monokuma then drives a bulldozer filled with dirt and dumps it on Naoki. He repeats it until the ditch is completely filled up, burying the gardener alive. Then another Monokuma sprinkles some seeds on the now filled in grave and also waters them. The seeds grow into daisies and a different Monokuma picks one of them with a happy expression on his face.
