As a Forza guy. I prefer the GT version of the car itself. As an owner of an EK coupe (EJ6). I prefer the front end of the one in GT (the facelifted front end of the EK which is from the 99-2000 model years). The one in Forza is a 96-98
I think because the run reflection is actually just a glare effect added to the material. It responds more to the camera position than it does to the light source.....It's just a neat little trick that adds to the feel of the car's realism, without overtaxing the GPU I'm not a huge GT fan, but I always paid attention to how Polyphony used visual tricks to make GT look as realistic as possible, without actually using heavy demanding graphics specs, to ensure the framerate steady at all time. Ever since GT on PS1, they've always been crafty with this sort of thing!
@@joeygutierrez2657 considering you called me that I'm probably older then you, but yeah the car looks slow because it is slow you can't just say better since of speed you have to actually explain how. That car is slow there is no sense of speed because the car isn't going that fast as someone who has driven that car even when you really push it that car isn't that fast . With the Camara shake and that other BS in Forza it artificially makes that car look like it's going faster then it is not very realistic get a car with 500+ horsepower and you'll more easily see GT7 has a much more realistic sense of speed

FM8 is objectively worse then GT7. it does almost nothing better not even looks its her is shit its raytracing is a gimmic its lighting is ass the car models are outdated reused and insulting in some cases. stop the cap stop the coping

Having driven an EK9 , GT7 nailed the factory engine sound. Forza has the sound of a built engine.
If you want realism GT7 if you want embelishment then Forza. GT7 does a better job with granular details including the tracks.

GT7 looks like it needs to turn color and contrast down. Also low rpm engine noise seems low.
