  • Today we have more lift supports for the hatch of another vehicle of mine, the 1997 Toyota 4Runner. I replaced these a long, long time ago with StrongArm aftermarket replacements, and since they lasted so long decided to go with the same stuff again. Pretty straightforward installation overall!
    Thanks for watching!

I had to use my grinder to get the end released on the roof side bracket. Kind of a pain, but the new designs are easily released, so the person who does this in 15 years won’t have that issue.

I need to do this badly. My doesn't fall but it's super tuff to raise.

It's an OEM Hilux Surf spoiler, imported from Japan. Check out Yahoo Auctions Japan and you might find one, otherwise Burtman Industries makes a replica of this. Thanks for watching!

Yahoo Auctions Japan is where I've sourced a lot of my JDM parts. Thanks for watching!

More of a joke on the back of this 4Runner than anything...I've been driving it since I was a new driver so I keep it on there. Thanks for watching!
