Gallagher - So They Built Piers

I once typed this up, on a typewriter, back in the long-ago days before word processors, and mailed it to the woman I'm now married to.
Yeah, the "we're all Europeans" comment's a bit racist and wrong, but the rest of it's superb.

Met him late in his life. Still funny as get-go. Loved the food fights, but the best was his observations on the obvious. Seven11 open 24 hours and they had locks on the doors.

He brought me on stage when I was 16. This was in the 90s. I did all sorts of props like the penguin slide, double butt marble spin, and yes, I used the Sledge-O-Matic.

God I miss the 80's. Gallagher was hilarious. I remember watching this special on HBO with my dad when I was only 7 yrs old.

Two broken wagon wheels and a MTN range is all it took to get a town settled, 😆. Heartiest went to CA, when they could go no farther they built Piers 😆. This is great
