I strongly suggest having your dog try all these ingredients before taking the trouble to stuff Kongs with them! My dog will refuse fruit and veg, preferring meat, carbs, and sweets. What has worked before for me, is mixing veggies into some canned food for her. And canned food is great for stuffing Kongs!
Good tip! My dog loves plain Greek yogurt and sardines, I know. I just pulled out some frozen wild blueberries, and he ate those on the kitchen floor, but wasn't interested in the Kong. (He loves crunching on snow and ice, so I figured those were a no brainer.) I'm getting ready to go get some raw goats milk for him to try today.. well, when it dedrosts. The other things I'll have to try later.
When you stuff the Kong with canned food, do you freeze that, too?
I LOVE that none of these involved peanut butter! I am highly allergic so its hard to find recipes for kongs that don't involve it :)

Whatever they don't like, mix with some canned dog food and use that to stuff your Kongs! Just remember to feed less food at mealtimes to avoid overfeeding.

Hey @rachelfusaro ... I love all your videos and thank you! I have a 96 pound 1 year old golden and I love using kongs... he has some allergies so I am limited in what I can put into them... I am wondering how full to make them ? It seems like he always has leftover food in the bottom, like he only eats towards the top of them ( I do freeze them :) Would love to know how full to make them.... thanks again SO MUCH! I have 18 weeks Mini Aussie and he is eating kibbles now, I am planning to switch to raw food.. I watched your raw food videos, and Kong filling video as well. If he is on kibbles diet, do I need to reduce the kibbles intake if he takes sardines? Thanks

Use ingredients wisely for ex. One wild sardine per large dog
*Anti-Anxiety Kong: *Zucchini, spirulina powder, goat milk.
*Another kong for dogs with loose stools: Grassfed Greek Yogurt only Yogurt nothing else, Slippery elm
*Kongs for dogs with Allergies: Wild Sardines, Wild Blueberries
*Kongs for dogs with smelly breath: Coconut Oil, Fresh parsley
*Kongs for dogs with arthritis: Tripe, Bone Broth
Portugal:
Use os ingredientes com sabedoria, por exemplo. Uma sardinha selvagem por cachorro grande
* Anti-Ansiedade Kong: * Abobrinha, espirulina em pó, leite de cabra.
* Outro kong para cães com fezes soltas: Iogurte grego alimentado com pasto apenas Iogurte nada mais, olmo escorregadio

My parents both want a dog, but don’t know what to do with it on vacation? We usually go in the summer for like 3 weeks to family in Greece and sometimes during the year for less than a week. I have made many phone call and found boarding centers and pet sitters, but they don’t understand. What should I do?

Also maybe think of friends or other family who you would trust to watch them and ask if they'd watch them! (Of course you'd pay them too- but it would probably be alot cheaper than other options)
There could also possibly be the option of bringing it with you on vacation!
@@chloehey1858 Definitely friends and family! If I didn’t have that option, I’d go on the Nextdoor app and ask my neighbors who pet sits for them. Where we used to live boarding places didn’t take care of the dogs properly. Some died or got “lost” somehow and there were several lawsuits. A friend of ours was even involved in a lawsuit because they lost all 3 of his dogs while he was gone!

Hi I hope you see this and I know you have made so many videos and I love every single one of them but I’m getting a puppy I want to go on a raw food diet but both my mom and sister are vegetarians will you make a vid on things we can do that aren’t too expensive but also don’t look like full on blood and chicken feet I’ve done some research but I’m only planing on doing this about twice a week not every day will you please make another vid about thing as well as the food you use for ur dogs

Can you crack an egg into a kong, freeze it, and feed it to your dog?
Now it there a substitute for all there ingredients cause what my dog doesn’t like any of it??
Have your dog try the ingredients first before going through the trouble of prepping the Kongs. Whatever they don't like, chop it up small and mix with some canned dog food! Canned food is ideal for Kong stuffing. Just make sure to feed less kibble at meal times to avoid overfeeding.

I fully stuff my kongs with different types of food. (Bottom to rim) freeze it, and she can finish all of it in ten minutes? I really don't get it, most dogs are satisfied for hours with a Kong. (Size L)
I experience the same thing! For mine it's about 5 minutes since she is a toy poodle.
I soak his kibble and mash it with grated veg then press it all in takes him an hour as it doesn't just fall out

Coconut oil isnt recommneded for dog gut health... "stomach upset, pancreatitis, and allergic reactions. Signs of allergic reaction include upset stomach, skin rashes, and vomiting"
