The orange cleaner is good for cleaning propolis off anything. I use it to clean hive tools and then I put the hive tool in the dishwasher to sanitize it. Works great.
I use neatsfoot oil after washed and dried to soften
Super Clean from Wal Mart works good too!!
I’ve been throwing them away and getting new ones every year. Thanks for sharing
I used to use gloves and now I use black Venom gloves with glove liners. Much better in the propolis and honey. Thanks!
Great tip!!
Awesome
Vaseline softens after, also stops propolis sticking.
Hay thank you for that. I thought about steam cleaning them but I'm hard on my gloves.
Great video thank you Joe.
👍👍 thank you!!
Thanks Joe
I use rubbing alcohol to get it of my hands not sure how it works on gloves though
Wonder if that would work for anything gummed up with propolis
Thanks for sharing, but I don't wear gloves Boss. I keep nice bees.
Lmao,so you think.
@@jamescraig8601 😜 come watch me pull 🍯 honey. Lol
👍
I just buy 7 mil nitrile gloves from Harbor Freight instead of putting up with leather gloves.I get 2 to 3 uses out of a pair.
They sting proof? I know they don't prefer to sting nitrile. But do you find they get through often?
