Idk man, kinda weird opting for low fat yogurt then compensate it with something like Honey and peanut butter which ended up having more calories than the fatter-tastier yogurt. Not only it's more calories, but also more expensive as well from those additional ingredients, and probably more unhealthy especially from the generic peanut butter and honey. I'd rather have full fat Greek yogurt - which is typically 10% fat - and fruits, that's it. No bs peanut butter or honey.
@@nelsonhoffman5922 because they are. pb is natural fats, it's just calorie dense is all. ofc you could always use pb2. honey is a GOAT natural sweetener thats nice carbs to have and a natural sugar
Skip honey. Replace pudding mix with whey protein. Replace peanut butter with peanut butter powder. Even less calories way higher protein better tasting.
I live in the United States and I have kids under five years old so they give us yogurt for free. unfortunately, we can only get fat free as they think that is the healthiest option. I use it so it doesn't go to waste, but I will sometimes add half a tablespoon of pure coconut cream to thicken it up and give it some fat to keep me full longer.
Also die ganzen Discounter haben eigentlich 2% und 10% in 1kg Eimern. 0% hab ich auch noch nicht gesehen aber es gibt ja auch noch Skyr und Magerquark.
these can be really filling, my version is: 400g 2% greek yogurt (250~ calories) 65g granola (300~ calories) 35g (can be more) frozen berry mix (10~ calories) few drops of a flavored sweetener, I like cherry/banana flavors adds up to 40g+ of protein and has under 600 cal, lots of carbs/protein and pretty low fat while tasting really good and being really filling, I eat this every day during cuts with a 2000~ cal goal and on a bulk it's easier to add things like honey/peanut butter/chocolate bits etc if your cal goal is like 1500 or less then you should probably split it up in half
Drop the PB and the banana, put blueberries or strawberries and you have under 500 kcal. Honey is actually good for you, but sometimes i use my own berries jam Made with heritrytol.

Vanilla pudding with yogurt is genius actually. It makes it more creamy and adds dimension to the flavor. Definitely will try this
Vanilla protein powder does the same thing, while also adding even more protein (and little to no sugar).

Finally! A non-savory recipe that doesn't use protein powder.
I make pudding with the dry mix and cottage cheese. It's delicious.

I've added sugar free pudding mix to protein pancakes!! It makes them fluffier!

Came to say this. Skimping on the yoghurt flavour so you can add something else because it doesn’t taste good.
Keep in mind you'd have to have 2x the amount of the full fat greek yogurt to match the same amount of protein of using the low fat verison.
I use PB2 in mine to reduce the fat but still get that great PB flavor! I also like to add 1/4 cup of my favorite granola cereal for that crunch!

Why not mix in a scoop of whey protein isolate for an extra 30g protein?

You could probably use casein powder instead of the pudding powder.

id probably replace peanut butter with pb2 for that. knocks off some more calories.

Wouldn't be able to afford to buy tub of yoghurt everyday.
Stupid simple and quick. Guess you can also vary the flavor using protein powder.
Worth trying out Nounou 1.5% GY since you are in Greece
Wouldn't Skyr work the best for this recipe?

Alas. If I ate this every day for 2 weeks my eczema would come roaring back. I'll have to try some non-dairy yogurt to go with this!
