The guy buys cooked rice but makes ice cream at home.
That’s how he has the time to make ice cream, buying cooked rice.
Pre-cooked rice and rice cooked at home has the same macros. Finding high protein low calorie ice cream at the store is unlikely, so better to make it at home.
Pre cooked rise it’s only a chaff with no ingredients..🤷🏾
No time for lunch. Lots of time after dinner. It makes sense.
Store bought ice cream is trash
Love your channel. Very informative and without unnecessary speeches, like many others do
Love your content and your consistency man. Keep up the good work brother 💪
I now at 90-92 kg, from 120-124 kg :) Been traning and eating a lot of your foods, I am a BIG fan of your breakfast oatbars & then brownis ^^
such good content. Great job!
Just bought the Ninja Creami 1 week ago and here you are with a great recipe. Thank you
2lb of 99% lean ground turkey is ~220g protein for ~900kcal. So that is a "bulk" of my cutting diet
Exactly, and you get to skip disgusting preserved deli meats.
Nice video! Lovely recipes! Just a quick tip for your microphone: Talk into the front of it. There is no pickup pattern for the side of it. So it will pickup almost nothing from ur voice!
This is great!! Aside from the coffee in the ice cream, the protein amount is what my goal is daily. Thank you Felu!!
In Germany are they called “American toasties”? As an American I’ve only heard them called “English muffins”.
i hope the are called "german buns" in england xD
Why doesn't any country want to take ownership of these? They're so good!
@@jinception01I'll take them. They are Canadian bubblywumps.
You can make a really good sandwich spread with skyr or Greek yogurt. Just add dill and garlic (or whatever you like) it’s especially great with smoked salmon in a wrap
I've been using those pre-cooked rice packs lately. The packaging on mine states that the entire pack is 1 serving, but I treat it like 3 servings. Typically I'll meal prep something in 3 or 4 serving batches and then add one of those rice packs at the end of the cooking. That way it really _looks_ like beef stir fry (or whatever) AND rice, but the amount of rice included is much less than you would normally get in such a dish.
that pastrami sandwich looks pretty goood.
highly processed though
I wish one day you publish an hardcover book with all your recipes
that would be neat, i am tired of ebooks..
I would love to but there is no way I can afford a hard cover without a publisher. The cost of printing 1 book is 40 euro
@@Felu You know what to do next ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I don't care if I have to pay 100$
I want a good old grimoire that will last decades and provide the most well organized knowledge and recipes for the health of my family
@@dranon0othe Internet will be here
"all shredded cheese have roughly the same calories". Not in the UK. Most grated cheeses in the UK are about 33% higher in calories than mozerella. Only reduced fat grated cheeses are roughly the same as mozerella.
Felu single handedly proving that you can eat tasty and be fit!
Cottage cheese as purchased, usually 300g, placed in the freezer for no more than 2 hours pops out of the container with ease. It creams up nicely with just a fork - add to it what you wish, no need for an expensive ice cream making machine.
Eating 200ish grams of proteins per day is not cheap 😢
Felu and his recipes are overall amazing! Picked up Casein for the first time because of this man, and it's not gonna be the last time, THA'TS FOR SURE! So much greater in baking than Whey!
super rezept und super video!
deine hintergrundmusik... ist das ein lied von einem videospiel? es erinnert mich an irgendein hauptmenü aber ich weiß nicht genau welches :D
Like these day of eating videos. Partially because we have similar macros haha
I add a cup of 3% yogurt as the base of my Ninja Creami ice cream. Boosts the protein a bit more and adds to the creaminess factor.
Thank you.
It looked rather tasty and had a good mix of carb/fat/protein. The only thing I reduce is the amount of processed lunch meats... turkey and pastrami. They are fine on occasion, though. Some greens would be a healthy addition. Thank you for sharing.
Is it not bad to eat deli meat on a daily?
But he has plenty other breakfast recipes so I doubt he eats same thing everyday
I just tried the Quesadilla and everything sticked in the pan😅
After scraping a bit, it turned out really decent ❤
Make sure the nonstick coating on the pan is in good shape. We're all guilty of using nonstick pans way too long. Also, heat the pan a bit before adding oil.
thank you for the great content! ❤
Cool recipe ❤ I will definitely try it :)
P.S. I have the ninja creamy too (really good for ice cream 😋)
Danke dir für die mega leckeren rezepte und für den einblick in deine tägliche ernährung felu! 😁🙌
Aber rein aus interesse: sind dir 2000kcal nicht viel zu wenig? 🤔
When I cook chicken breast in my air fryer, I do it at 180 C for 18 min, but the chicken becomes kinda black. How do you counteract this? (acrylamide) (It's a Philips air fryer)
Ninja creami - do cottage cheese, insane macros and gives super creamy taste. 200g cottage cheese, 150g of lite milk, 1 scoop protein powder < this is a go to, ends up with like 50g+ protein and less than 10g of fat and sugar. Vanilla with a banana blended in or chocolate powder with blueberries mixed in is good, both with milk and cottage cheese.
Great recipes, as always!
I'd like to respectfully ask, what's your opinion on the packaged deli meat considered unhealthy, as they contain nitrates or nitrites, linked to several types of cancer? Even minimally processed packaged meats will contain some preservatives.
I wonder this as well. I've read on different sources that it is best to avoid processed foods and choose only whole foods.
I've read about its health concerns as well. I suppose eating it once in a while is okay, and isn't going to kill you. I'm sure he doesn't have it everyday. He's got plenty of other recipes to fall back on
Hi, can you make a video about low fat oat power bars without stuff like cocos oil, butter and honey. Something you can carry with you on an over 6 hour cycling ride.
6:20, The new Deluxe JUST came to Europe! What I've waited for because of the 750ml pints over the 500ml! Will DEFINITELY pick that one up!
Nice looking meals but I prefer to avoid ultra processed foods
This is amazing, great video. If I'm going to be honest, I'm a bit scared of deli meets. I rarely use any of them because of the increased risk of cancer doctors often talk about.
I'm willing to bet Europe has enough regulations in place where deli meats are higher quality. Food quality for processed foods in the US is suspect at best.
@@medman6649 I don't know... I'm from a EU country and I still hear this sort of stuff.
A little is okay, but that was a lot of deli meat. It would be better to substitute fresh turkey for breakfast and some fresh roast beef for dinner.
Although each diet must be tailored to each person's tastes, I would like to make certain recommendations that could also help to comply with the micronutrients, how to include vegetable fats such as flax and almonds, vegetable proteins such as beans, vegetables such as kale, how will you know, all this helps to obtain more fiber in this case, don't forget the Ceylon cinnamon and a little sardines or salmon for omega 3
Very nice 👍🏼
I don't understand why you don't bulk? It will be easier if you bump up your calories with 500.
he wants to stay lean i guess, but depending on his genetics even with a slight surplus he should still stay lean
2:33, Thought you said "Barebells", like the protein bars, haha
The answer for me always seems to just be greek yogurt and frozen berries..... If I want more protein just add whey protein powder.........
Nothing wrong with that.
Protein powder with plain Greek yogurt is a protein hack for sure
@@RaSungodFGC Agreed. I never realized how high it was in protein. I buy the Oikos Zero or whatever it's called. Pure protein and tasty
Amazing
I just cook a giant batch of rice in my rice cooker and leave the whole pot in the fridge. When i need it i throw it on a scale and scoop out what i need so its always ready to go.
im cutting rn and seeing the thumbnail made me crave pastrami and pickles lol
2:25 Felu in Paris
Will you be releasing more ninja creami recipes in your cookbook?
those sandwiches look like a winner.
the peckling salt in turkey ham gets cancerous on the pan
Instead of flipping a pan with a plate using both hands. Couldn’t you just lay the tortilla on the plate or worktop, tip your cooked egg onion meat onto the tortilla, fold it there then take the tortilla back onto the pan? All without having to flip a large hot pan?
500 calories for that 1st tortilla? Oh my, I need to start counting calories 😅
some brands of whey protein include guar or xanthan gum. NOT all! read your ingredients first.
Do you count the calories from the oil spray?
i think that one is no cal "oil" spray
Damn pastrami sandwiches sound great. Thats gonna be my next cheat meal and probably fairly low calories compared to burgers or pizza lol
Isn't there too many ultraprocessed foods in a day? I am trying to clean my diet, that was full of mayo, white bread, ham and yellow cheese, trying to trade for more whole minimal processed food, but this one seems like something I used to do
🎉
Just a thought. Do you not think you would enjoy converting some of those protein macros to carbs? 180g seems excessive.
"the taste basically the same imo". You either have horrible mayonaise in Germany or really fantastic light mayonaise.
I'm struggling to eat 150g, all I love is fruits and rice lol
Why so much protein tho? If im not mistaken your bodyweight is 70-75 kg , 1.6 x 75 = 120 grams of protein to gain muscle. And for cutting 2.2 x 75 = 165 grams of protein.
I’d say chillax and let Felu eat as much protein as makes him happy. Now you can enjoy your day.. 😂 There are no hard rules and the scientific guidelines change every few years… It’s just not worth getting hung up on.
Protein is helpful for satiety
he mentioned in a previous video comment he just likes eating that much protein cos it keeps him satisfied
He eats it because he wants to
It's a fucking informative youtube channel. People can ask why he does things about food. It's just a question that's all.@@TheSilverwing999
Have your ever tried Paneer dishes? Indian cottage cheese. 😅 20-22gms Protein in 100gms of paneer.
good video man. but only thing that bothers is the pre cooked rice... cmon man you are doing a great job with easy simple fresh dishes but cooking rice is easier then making a omlette. Please learn to make rice fresh at home instead of buying precooked rice, containing many unwanted things to keep the rice ''fresh'' in a package is not good for the body in long term.
Like the affogato, but bro…
Please clean your Espresso machine and Bean Hopper 🤣🙏🏻
yuh
Bruh r u on cut ? 2000 seems pretty low
Here, I'll sum it all up...
Weigh your food.
It's a great day of eating but as usual in these videos it's expensive as hell and most people just cant afford a food budget that big
It takes the butcher 10 seconds if the customer doest want to see every single slice and then time to think about this important transaktion. After that the board has to be washed because of salmonella. No rent i say it just for info😂 Omg you live in Germany? The ricepackage is from Edeka💪
The aeresols in clarinet cooking spray destroy the coating of nonstick pans.
Also, cutting on a ceramic plate is one of the fastest ways to dull a knife
That's a plastic ikea cutting board.
"Lean"
50g pro in four slices of turkey breast?
No fkn way
I was wondering the same. He meant the weight of the turkey was 50 grams. The chart at the end indicated the turkey provided 11 grams of protein.
You can get fat free cheese in The United States. In The UK you can get lower fat brands like "Eat Lean". As far as Germany or EU in general, IDK, but if it's available I recommend it
Bro, he is literally from germany :D
Shame he forgot what the italian dessert was called
Love your content, but what I usually don't agree with are the rations: yeah some dishes are "+80g" of protein but the sizes are what two people normally eat
the cream cheese spread cost like $2 alone😶
hI, what about protein absorption, i read some papers that u can only absorb around 30g by meal.
As far as I've seen those studies focus on whey, one of the fastest digesting proteins we've observed, and assume you're not eating a whole meal. Regardless its likely more dependent on your weight .35-.45g protein per kg of body weight per meal has been shown to be effective in cases where you're trying to get near single digit fat percentages while minimizing muscle loss. I would say that 55g of protein in 1 sitting is probably only optimal if you're nearing 92kg+ or 200lbs+ and in a significant deficit or bulking
Alnatura bro I don´t have the money XD jk Ja! will have to do
I'm not gonna be the first to say that but you're obsessed with protein man.
will people ever realize that animal protein is more expensive and more dangerous as well as cruel to obtain? Like, there are other, more environmentally friendly, cheaper options. Don't we all want to save the world or what?
Dude, you need to clean off the Creami shaft; it has rotting/moldy milk leftover in it. Thats going into your ice cream.
Too many cold cuts = processed food
Like i watch 3 sport influeners in a week and all of them are promoting ice-cream made by that Ninja blender machine. They just saying and doing the same thing wtf
I would avoid deli meat as it contains a lot of preservatives that are very detrimental to your health.

First Comment Sir❤
damn, I never new you were german
you couldnt tell by his German accent?
@@Cohlbee he doesnt have a german accent
He’s italian
180g of protein to stay lean? is this a joke?
burnt cheese is disgusting
I love you bro but it is a choice to chop the onions so badly?
I don’t see how they are chopped badly?
Its being eaten regardless, unless you suggest a manuel a food processor shut up 😂
Onions = cut
I'd say he cut onions well.
@@Mr.man712 f u
Not fair, Exquisa isn't available in the US. My only options are regular cream cheese with like 2G protein.
too much deli meals with additives
Dont put all your character points in nutrition and none in gym
You should speak into your mic, not away from your mic.
Just eat meat and eggs.
Looking at you there's no way you need 180g of protein/day
Bro is anorexic maybe the protein stops him from going catabolic
The way you use “need” is probably correct, but it’s not the point. The point of eating like this is designed to promote a healthy and satiating diet. I’m assuming you’re referring to him probably not absorbing all of the protein he is eating, which is likely true, but again not the point of this diet style.
@@keptleroymg6877anorexic? really? 2000 cal a day is not anorexia
@@keptleroymg6877just because he is lean doesn’t mean he’s anorexic. he is eating a healthy amount of food at a somewhat sustainable body fat
@@LemonintheyeDoesn’t eating an excess amount of protein everyday cause health problems in the long run?
You'd be better using ground turkey. Formed processed meat is so gross.
Big Fan From South-India Sir❤Pin Me Sir🎉
English muffins. They're English muffins, not toasties.
