I have been researching carnivore for about a year now. I have heard give it 90 days to fill the full result. I started ours January 4th. I have not eaten fruit, honey, or berries but I have had dairy not a lot but some. By watching Dr Barry and several other doctors you are so right on plants being oiusonous . Or at least not what our bodies should be eating. We feel absolutely amazing! . I do not have MS. But my best friend does. She's doing the same infusion proticals . She is really really struggling. She also has diabetes and other issues that tend to go along with MS. Here in the us if doctors find out you're not doing the diet they want they can call you non-compliant. You can lose disability. So not many people put their story on UA-cam for ms and carnivore. This would probably be a blessing if you could be somebody who could really put this to the test and show the possible MRI results. I would love for my friend to do carnivore she says show me the videos and I can't. It's all doctors talking about people. You are doing great. And I am so thankful that your MS is mild. Thank you for trying carnivore

Ah sounds awesome! Yes I have heard the same that you need 90 days really to feel the full benefits. I have really enjoyed doing it! Are you doing it just for general health then or do you have another health issue?

I an doing it as pain management mainly and to support spouse . He is pre diabetic needing and wanting to lose a few pounds after an injury at work that laid him up for a time. So far my arthritis and sciatica and bursitis are gone and neither one of us have had a migraine since we started. We feel absolutely wonderful. I am disabled however but it is vision . Unfortunately carnivore won't cure that.

    Keep it up!

    Start with:
    Beef, butter, bacon and eggs
    Salt, water, coffee and tea
    (Drs Ken Berry, Robert Kiltz)
If that doesn’t help, try the Lion Diet:
    Beef, salt and water only
    (Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Mikhaila Peterson)
…and of course, plenty of sunshine.

Yes completely agree there! Unfortunately Winter here in the UK so there's not much sunshine about, but when it is, I make sure I get in it!

I hear ya. When you can’t get 20 minutes of sun per day, take D3

Good luck! I think you should follow through with your thought on giving up the fruit and honey, it will make a difference. It’s also a matrix moment to realize that for many of us plants cause harm. As far as the variety, that’s more of an addiction calling, it’s a process we all go through. As the tine passes, you may naturally cut down the selection as food will no longer provide entertainment, it will satisfy you in a way that can’t be explained. It’s something you need to experience to understand.

Yeah I completely agree with you that it has caused a shift in how I find satisfaction from food. It is more around satiation and filling my body with nutrients rather than the cheap hit of sugary flavours!

Thank you. Glad you’re doing good this two weeks. ✊🏻 How about cheese do you consume any?

    • @tomgarbett77
      @tomgarbett77  6 місяців тому +2

No I've not had any cheese! My existing diet excludes dairy and so I didn't want to risk adding it in for this diet. It's a shame because cheese would have really helped to vary some of the meals!

Are you including dairy? Since there are some that say dairy is not so good for ms, idk if it’s true and wanted to hear some more opinions. Thanks!

No I'm not having dairy for that exact reason! The normal diet I follow is the Bet Bet Diet for MS and that removes dairy as a key component and so I didn't want to risk adding it back in for this diet!

My son did it, but it made him worse. Best diet for him has been organic and following Dr Brooke Goldner protocol

Thanks for the input! Shame it didn't work for your son. I haven't heard of that protocol so I will check it out
