    Hi Heather, I'm MaJo, I live in a country in South America. Since I was little I suffered from anxiety, as an adult I began to be medicated and I began to exercise because they told me that it is the best for both anxiety and depression. As the years went by, I acquired more responsibilities that prevented me from being able to afford a gym, much less a personal trainer. Your channel and your exercise routines have helped me a lot emotionally, psychologically and of course physically. I can't help but thank you so much for the help you give us. You are my heroine.

    I could cry, in the month of August I could NOT do the tricep press or the crab dance. This month I can. The smile that came over my face and I had the strength to do it was huge. Sending you a virtual hug and many thanks for your videos.

    This was fire! I was unmotivated yesterday and did a yoga fusion, which helped me reset. Today I was ready. Thank you HR for alway having content that matches our mood and motivation.

    This was perfect. Fun cardio and bodyweight resistance moves for all areas. I love no repeat workouts. They fly by and challenge you in a different way.

    I love when you repeat moves from quite a while back. That's how I can see my progress. There were a few moves that I used to have to stop in the middle and could not finish, and now I breeze through them and maybe even like them a little?

    Thanks for this . Exactly what I needed .
    Due to recent changes to my work-life balance after 2/3rd into HR4.0 I had to stop and haven’t been able to do any activities for over 2 months now! I was very nervous getting back today and started back up with this session . Hope I can get back to my routine soon. Thank you

    Such a great way to return to HR after a very stressful two weeks. Love No Repeats No Equipment Full Body ( thanks for balancing cardio with core work) and fun spicy music to keep us motivated.     Heather! I wasnt the mood to work out. I knew I had used relaxing time already after the kids have been to school and then I saw a 30-minute hit I'm like oh no however now that I've done it I feel great and you kicked my butt thank you for the different variety of exercises. And God bless you

    Saw this one and thought, "20 seconds rest? Sweet. This should be a breeze."
