Since I was little I suffered from anxiety, as an adult I began to be medicated and I began to exercise because they told me that it is the best for both anxiety and depression. As the years went by, I acquired more responsibilities that prevented me from being able to afford a gym, much less a personal trainer. Your channel and your exercise routines have helped me a lot emotionally, psychologically and of course physically. I can't help but thank you so much for the help you give us. You are my heroine.

This was fire! I was unmotivated yesterday and did a yoga fusion, which helped me reset. Today I was ready. Thank you HR for alway having content that matches our mood and motivation.
This was perfect. Fun cardio and bodyweight resistance moves for all areas. I love no repeat workouts. They fly by and challenge you in a different way.
Love 30 minutes workouts!!!..they are perfect and powerful💪🏽. We would like another 12 weeks/30 minutes workouts!..loved the last 30 minutes cycle💪🏽..Thanks Heather❤.

I love when you repeat moves from quite a while back. That's how I can see my progress. There were a few moves that I used to have to stop in the middle and could not finish, and now I breeze through them and maybe even like them a little?
