Soft, Moist and Delicious Duvet Cake that Just Melts In Your Mouth | Quick and Easy Recipe

Very soft, fluffy, moist and so delicious duvet cake that just melts in your mouth. Quick and easy recipe!
Ingredients:
3 eggs, room temperature
120g sugar
70 ml milk, room temperature
100g sunflower oil
200g flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ lemon zest
Filling:
250g ricotta (if you don’t have ricotta you can also use cream cheese)
1 egg
50g sugar
2 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
½ lemon zest
icing sugar to decorate
Raspberries or other berries you like
If you don’t like ricotta you can use vanilla custard instead of ricotta filling.
Tin size: 20cmx30cm
Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 25 min.
