Ginger Cake Recipe | Sticky, Spicy and Moist

- 200g self raising flour
2 tsp ginger
1tsp cinnamon
100g butter
250ml milk
130g dark brown sugar
160g black treacle
1 tsp bicarb
1egg
melt the butter, milk, sugar and treacle.
leave to cool
beat bicarb and egg
add the egg mixture to the melted butter mix
mix flour cinnamon and ginger together
add to melted butter mix
mix well and whisk to remove any lumps
bake in a 2lb loaf tin or brownie tin
gas mark 5 for 45 minutes

Yeah it's the same on the golden syrup tin too, I seen a random article sating they will rebrand their plastic / bottles but keep the original design on tins.
