Wow this felt so challenging in all the best ways! It forced me to breathe deeply and frequently like I was full out exercising 😳 I know it is like an exercise; I think it speaks to how much I needed this and how tight my muscles were 🥴

This was a nice stretch and instruction was quite good. However, I don’t think it was particularly suitable for bedtime. It would have been nice to have relaxation at end as well.

Hi Paula. Another wonderful short routine! So many moves packed into a 12 min routine. Great stretches as always. And the seated position is perfect for practising after you've had a large meal. :-D (When a normal flow with its ups/downs can leave you a tad queasy.)

I am always looking for classes like this and they're so rare. I think of them as 'active rest'. So great if you're too anxious or otherwise distressed to just bliss out and take a relaxing class, but need to rest and don't have the energy resources needed for a regular class. Thank you!

I didn't feel like this video was actually good for bedtime. I've been having trouble sleeping and yoga helps me wind down, but the active pose towards the end is too energetic for that.
Agreed. A bit fast moving with lots of talking. Hard to relax while paying attention to all the instruction.
Just right for when your ready to end your day.
