@mannafestgodsglory...it's called the Safty Bar Squat. They developed this for Powerlifters in the early 80's, for overload training. You hold on to the handles like they do in the video, and you're able to spot yourself...and also to lean back some, to put more stress on the thighs.
novver, it's not about how many reps you do, it's about how many times a week they training and how they eat, how much weight they add in a workout after workout, how much power and strength they throw out after every workout and training, that's what bodybuilding is all about.
