    ✅Ingredients
    • 1 cup salted butter, softened
    • ¾ cup brown sugar
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons cinnamon (optional)
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups chocolate chips, milk or semi-sweet
    • 1 ½ cup quick oats
    • ¾ cup chopped pecans (optional)
    ✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2️⃣ In the bowl of a stand mixer, add butter, brown sugar, and white sugar and mix on low using the paddle attachment. Increase to medium and mix until smooth, about 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until just combined, about 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Add in all purpose flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined. Add in the quick oats and mix until combined.
5️⃣ Pour in the chocolate chips, pecans(if using) and mix in using the paddle attachment or use a large spoon or rubber spatula to fold in.
6️⃣ Scoop dough into 2 inch balls. Place onto prepared baking sheets, 12 per pan.
7️⃣ Bake in the 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, until tops are golden brown.
8️⃣ Let cool on pan 15 minutes before serving warm, or transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

I will Def try these! With the price of groceries, we all need to start making/baking our own food. Save money, don't buy expensive pre-made (with who knows what added ingredients). Thank you❗️

Mom always made this recipe. She used them to support her hearing…she could hear the cookie jar lid from across the house. Nothing better!!!

Get yourself a FlexEdge beater for that mixer; takes care of the need to scrape the bowl!

Word to the wise, you better stick a chocolate chip in the center on to set the people don’t avoid them like the plague thinking that their oatmeal and raisin cookies. It is hard for me to ever trust an oatmeal cookie with dark dots in them.

It’s probably hard for you to do a lot of things based on the comments you just dropped on my channel. Actually making comments that don’t make you looks stupid is probably near the top of your list.
