Grew up in Kentucky, a WC three blocks away from my high school closed, on its final day, our English teacher left a classroom of 30 students unattended to go buy a crave case and 30 “I was there the last day” pins for us. I then moved to Tennessee then Florida, went through withdraw. Had to move back to Kentucky.
I am thinking about a new type of restaurants: eating-spots in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app.
I always remembered going down to Stillwater, MN as a kid to pick up a crave case for the family. We'd always ask for pickles and cheese, toss a bit of mustard in there and call it a day. Never bothered with the fries or anything else--but those sliders man. I could down nine of them before regretting my life decisions. Miss it, honestly.
Stillwater, MN location closed June 2021. Resturants close all the time. Generally, it does not bother me. But I miss this location because of the convenience of it and of course the service was top notch. As I would be parking an employee would notice and yell out, Joe's here, crack a couple eggs now. I miss that store. There is another store close to me, but I don't go often. It does help, I had a crush on the manager.
If they bring stores to the San Diego area I will definitely be a regular customer again. Born and raised in St. Louis Mo. I ate a lot of sliders in my day and loved every one of them. It's quite literally the only thing I miss about life in the mid west.
The Metalhead it’s not popular in certain areas. I live in Texas and their stores are like ghost towns here. A lot of people would rather eat at Whataburger
"Sliders" due to the patties being cooked on an angled griddle, and the patties slide down as they are cooked. Poop due to the grease, not the meat. Same results as most fast food.

White Castle is leaving a ton of money on the table by not having a restaurant in Los Angeles. There are a ton of Midwest people out here who would love to spend money on White Castle, but driving/flying to Vegas is not something you typically do for a slider very often.
School is more about programming people to be able to sit inside doing meaningless work and taking orders for 8 to 10 hours a day while pushing the whole you have to go to College agenda. Creating paper pushers and blind pawns/ sheep. Do your own research on stuff youd be surprised the stuff you can learn just know that the information online can also be manipulated to fit an agenda.
I grew up in Minnesota, we have tons of them. When some friends came up from Texas they insisted on eating there once a day. We thought that was so weird.
I wished they would come to Atlanta, they need to go to areas where people that grew up eating their food moved and their frozen food has thrived. Even maybe airports
If anyone says that about any place they’re wrong simply because no one has tried everything in the world it’s good spots everywhere that don’t get recognized especially the hole in wall spots
Ha, yeah! They went straight through my system, even as a teen. No idea why; I could eat anything else. Too bad-they were delicious; I remember the taste even though it’s been 40 years since I last ate one!

Yugioh Pokemon im still in high school. My business class don’t teach us this. They don’t even teach us how to do taxes. When I graduate I’m going to accidentally commit tax evasion lol.
Here's what people don't realize about White Castle. They're over twice as expensive as the other chains. They get 18 burgers out of every pound of meat. A slider is only .8888 ounces of meat. A Mcdonalds burger is 1.8 ounces of meat. So they get 10 burgers per pound. So Whitey's is far more expensive than the other chains. BUT, they're REALLY good!
I worked as a nurse at a local health department in Kentucky...our environmental health specialists, who do the restaurant inspections, said that you can always trust eating at a White Castle. It’s the one fast food place they always pick when in an unfamiliar area because they know it will be safe. I always considered that the best recommendation a restaurant could get.
Doesn't really sound like they have learnt their lesson. They said in the past that they had been opportunistic about expanding overseas but the current Vegas location and the Chinese venture both came about when they were approached by other people rather than them going out and seeking out these opportunities. The rationale given for going with the Vegas location was ''we're transitioning from 3rd to 4th generation, why not'' Who am I to comment, I dont run a restaurant chain turning over $580m+, but they come across as pretty naive.
agreed, it seems like they rely on luck more than strategy for their success and it obviously has not been working that well. And when it does not, they go back to their 'family owned business' rhetoric.

Even after Harold and Kumar went on that journey to get those burgers.

@Kevin Prima Bet your bathroom experience the next morning was interesting to say the least.

in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate
this is opposed to current restaurants,
thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants,
along with that, there is an app,
people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days
menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app.
Did you call them " gut busters" as well ha.. I grew up in Brooklyn Park mn

"Sliders" due to the patties being cooked on an angled griddle, and the patties slide down as they are cooked. Poop due to the grease, not the meat. Same results as most fast food.

The rationale given for going with the Vegas location was ''we're transitioning from 3rd to 4th generation, why not''
Who am I to comment, I dont run a restaurant chain turning over $580m+, but they come across as pretty naive.
