I found my arm dropping and very close to falling asleep 😴. I had been looking for a meditation app that would take me through every body part slowly. Every toe, every finger etc.. this was good.
This has to be one of the most relaxing body scans I have ever done. Thank you I will subscribe and look forward to more of this.
