I suffer from cluster headaches and I believe through practicing yoga nidra i can require my nervous system and control the outbreaks.

Ally, I am a 77-year-old woman who had an accident earlier this year. I dislocated my shoulder and as a result of that, I had nerve damage all the way down to my fingers. After the shoulder dislocation, I fell and fractured my kneecap and had to have, a replacement kneecap. I have been using your video to call my nerves and go to sleep. It is wonderful! Both of my injuries were on the right side of my body and I so appreciate the way you work through the right side of your body and then through the left side of your bodyto calm the nerves. Wow (.) - still coming too. Words. One of favourite practices. I am at the threshold of my stress, and despite it taking a long time to settle...I got there. I am very receptive to sound and vibration (and it was intense at some spots), I felt that even after awakening my eyes seem to continue to vibrate. LOVED the visualization, the breath work. Oh ya...it was a sweet spot to be "IN". Namaste :)

1300 practice. Blissful. Fingers/toes dissolved into awareness. Lost track of your guidance on breathing and was doing what my body wisdom wanted/needed. Had new experience of feeling like I had multiple arms: I was aware of my physical arms v relaxedby my side plus awareness of arms in prayer and arms out wide receiving/or like wings. Namaste! 🙏 I practiced around 6 P.M. on October 11, 2023. That was a beautiful practice. It was exactly what I needed at all levels. I could hear myself snore at certain points, and I felt rested in the middle of the body scans. I had some interesting visuals of my body at the end of the practice that felt sort of like how my dreams that lead to déjà vu feel. I found it very intriguing as it's the first time it has happened to me in a yoga nidra.
I am so enjoying exploring each of your meditations. This one drew my attention today. It is truly a balm for any stress my nervous system may be holding. The chimes were hypnotic. I really appreciated the experience of moving awareness between the two sides of my body, guided by the rhythms of breath. At some point, the experience of melting into awareness, being awareness itself, became all encompassing. This was lovely, as usual. I practiced at 8:30am. I was able to stay with your voice until I got to the left foot, then I was out for the count and woke up just as it was ending. Thank-you.
This is amazing. I have listened to this numerous times before and found it very helpful. This time I listened to it while feeling the intensity of a serious chest and head cold with lots of congestion, and stress about it because I have to fly on a plane and I’m afraid of the pain of the pressure change. My sankalpa was I am resting deeply and healing myself, and over the course of this practice, I could literally feel the infection in my sinuses subsiding I could feel my body healing itself, and even though it is the middle of the night, and I really want to sleep. I am feeling surprisingly energized and closer to full health. This has really show me my body’s own healing potential, in a shockingly short amount of time. I am truly amazed, I have never experienced anything like this before. I have been practising yoga Nidra for a couple of years now, and I really believe in it, and I will continue to do so. Monday 22/08/22 1854. I'm feeling very peaceful ,balanced and at ease following this practice. What luxury to be able to do two longer Yoga Nidra practices today! I feel this could become a habit....." Habits are human nature -why not create some that will mint gold " ( Hafiz). I loved the psychic nadi shodhana practice which came very naturally after the rotation of consciousness ,sensing into the right and the left hemisphere's of the body. I actually felt my toes disappear and merge into the pranic field of awareness emanating around my body...my body felt suspended in awareness! Awesome ! Thanks again Ally. Namaste! 🙏

I am in the middle of module 3 and loving the different Nidra's in this module. Today on a hot summers day I feel totally refreshed after this session, I loved the use of the breath from feet to crown on both sides of the body, I could feel the energy moving around me. Thank you 😊

This was beautiful. I felt much softer in my embodiment today and experiencing more nuanced feelings. It was great to be so deeply relaxed, in a hypnogogic space and be simultaneously aware. It feels like progression in the skill of yoga nidra today. Namaste ❤
