Sara, two years ago I was in a car accident, I broke my back in two places and that's the least of my pain. Every day I suffer and cry, trying to find a way to get through the next 24 hours of pain... to try to be happy is a whole other seemingly impossibly challenge. You are a life changer and saver, and you've made me feel so happy and hopeful. I truly feel like I am on the way to living a pain free life. Thank you infinitely. You're a hero!!!

So beautiful. Such a gentle talk down and a lovely awakening. I found my mind going blank, drifting out of consciousness sometimes. For someone who deals with constant negative intrusive thoughts, the rare moments where I can quiet my brain are precious. Thank you for this.
I meditate for 20-30 minutes every day and I try to find new and different meditations for each session. This has been the very best and most transformational meditation I have ever done!! This was absolutely beautiful and I will be doing this one regularly!! I highly recommend this meditation!!! Wow this was truly amazing!! Thank you so much!!!

Thank you so much for your meditations. These coupled with my healthy lifestyle (good sleep, hydration, healthy relationships, exercise with resistance training, healthy relationships and stress management) have helped me and continue to help me to heal my body. Ahimsa means respect for all living things and avoidance of violence toward others. I respect my own body and respect others as well. I don’t eat animals or use any animal products because I can live a completely healthy life without causing harm and cruelty to others. As you talk about us all being one, I know that includes all the animals on this planet. Thank you for sharing your loving, calm voice and helping me on my healing journey. Hi from the UK. I use all types of healing modalities due to a life time of fibromyalgia amongst other painful conditions. I have come back to meditation as a daily commitment for the last few weeks. I do all the 'right' things in terms of my weight, diet and exercise but stress? Well I didn't realise how much it was affecting me!!!
