I was born in 71 ..I was in my 20s during the 90s
Best decade ever
Love Vanilla Ice! He brought Hip Hop to a cultural phenomena! His contributions to rap paved the way for many other artists like Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, and Snoopy Dog. He's a pioneer much like how Justin Timberlake was for R & B. 😃🇺🇸
Idk how much way he paved for those guys as they paved their own way. But I think he's a great dude and deserves his spot in pop culture history to be viewed in a positive light. Ice ice baby too cold 💯
In the 90s, we had things like pizza and good soda and tvs and airplanes. The 90s were the best ever!
That is cool that he still has a 302 in it.
I had a 1982 Corvette I bought used in 1984 it was my baby I was 19 when I bought it and the 80s will always have great memories If I hear journey or duran duran or prince purple rain and definitely run dmc it takes me back to those days in my Vette with a girl beside me cruising. Times were a lot different we didn't have cell phones we just had our spots we hung out and it was special. Old days to us was messing with our parents about growing up in the 50s it hurts a little to look back because it's part of growing older and knowing it's gone but now we are the older ones and we share our stories with our grandchildren. Goes by to fast
We had beepers and pay phones. Now life is so complicated it's hard to feel free anymore.
Those were the days my friend.
@Arran Vid now I wonder what advancements are next !
This car inspired a life long passion of mustangs for me. Ive enjoyed every damn one I've owned!
I Love his Music ❤
Dude you said you feel like a teenager?? Dude you still look like a teenager!! You never age !! You’ve always been my idol !! Keep up the fun your having !! I loved when you rode motocross!! My brother is 54 and kicking ass on a yz 450 f !!!
I hate when I see people talking trash about ice. I was there when he came out everybody had his tape playing the shit out of it. I still think he can dance better than most.
Ice you have more fans than you'll ever know.
Yeah, I remember when people turned on the guy. Started talkin shit all of a sudden and I was tellin em, "Man, you were just playin that shit last week! You own the album." I didn't care, I just on kept playin what I liked, no matter what anyone thought of em.
Stang looks amazing, thank you for flash back bro. Put a big smile on my face. 90s real
The 90s we didn't have camera phones we didn't get caught lol say nothing
Vanilla ice seems like a cool cat.. 👍
It’s amazing how a car like the 5.0 foxbody can bring back so many memories. I sit in mine and just chill sometimes. The smell of my coconut/ vanilla trees hanging from the mirror send me back into the 90’s
In gods name why would you cover that beautiful motor that is super charged with a piece of white flat plastic anybody who told you that looks good is delusional the car is beautiful and you hide the most amazing part and you’re talking about the 90s that’s when everybody showed off those motors they were proud of that little V-8 under the hood and you hide it with a piece of flat white plastic please think about that. I spent the 90s in night clubs listening to your music and it was great but I own a blown 5 L Mustang and that motor is it’s pride and joy the car has been completely restored and I wish I could drive around without a hood on to show it off even more but I live in British Columbia and the cops don’t like that so please man use that piece of white plastic like the frisbee it is and throw it away.
@Anthony PUKY D Holland at the end of the day it's still a pos honda that only teens care about. That clapped out shitbox wont even run in 5 years. Nobody searching for hondas while foxbodies are steadily going up in price....and it wouldn't have drug anything back then because hondas were 95 hp grocery getters that old people drove. Type r's werent around other than for an integra, and they had a whopping 190hp....lol
@Anthony PUKY D Holland he said he has a blown 5.0 and it's restored and he wants to drive around without a hood... so im pretty sure it's not stock🤣🤣🤣🤣.... keywords: restored, blown, wants hood off to show
Right on brother right on
I still have my 1989 GT 5.0 that I drove off the showroom floor back in the day. Neither marriage nor children could get rid of that bad boy. The car has been modified and is very loud but it could use some TLC. But I’d rather have that than some POS rice burner with coffee can mufflers 🤣
@@21lt I still have my 1980 Camaro with a 427 in it bought it when I was 19 I'm 42 now.
Damn Iceman if you would've just played Ice Ice Baby when you unveiled the 5.0 I would have lost it bro. I almost had tears in my eyes when you pulled the cover off and then you dropped the top. I had chills down my spine bro. That car is a trademark and a time capsule in the history of Hip Hop/Rap. I saw you live in concert in Mexico City 92' at the Torèo Dome where you sold out 4 shows in 2 days. Man what a great time in the 90s. I was 16 years old in 92. Best times of my life and great memories! IDGAF what they say, YOUR THE MUTHAFUKIN MAN bro.
Watching that’s my boy and was thinking wonder if it’s the same 5.0?
Ice. I'm very pleased you made it thru the troubles and into a place in life where your happy and love your life. I'm envious. I'm 50 now and I'm still not there man. I still hate my life a lot of the time. I still have to fight just to find reasons to keep trying. I wish I felt half as good as you feel about yourself.
It's worth being old now to have been young then❗
Amen the best x’s ever 👊🏼
Boy we had dial-up modems back then! Cutting edge.
Love the Fox bodies Man. Memories . and a DIY bolt on masterpiece.
Hey my loyal fans
Great job on the 5.0!! Love the sound of the procharger
WHENS “COOL AS ICE 2” coming out?!?!
2022 starring Justine Bieber
Im happy things turned around for V. Ice. Most souls would've crumbled under all that pressure.
Truly the 80s 😉
the 1970 to the 1990s were awesome.
I loved the fox bodies but.. I bought a Corvette in 98 so I low key viewed them as the enemy 😆. I still have my 93 corvette. Those were the days 🙌🏼
i did listen to ice ice baby... i just changed the lyrics to 5.7 :)>
Hey Ice, remember when you said, if they was a problem yo you'd solve it? Well buddy our goverment is fucked, can you make good on that promise now?
That does bring back some memories!! I was in the Navy when you album hit the streets. Makes me want to find a 5.0 to restore.
Florida !!!!! No mask that’s what I’m fuckin talkin about
I gotta get down there I refuse to wear a mask but I'm surrounded here in nh live free or die my ass!
Yeah we have enough people here, as some congressmen would say... it might just brake off the United States if we keep having so many people come here... Or was that an island sinking? Hell I dont know, all I can say is, since the 1980's I've been watching a steady influx of folks coming here, and we have too many as is... especially New Yorkers.
Man am I glad Vanilla Ice is still around kicking it!
Please take it to BEACHFRONT AVENUE!!
Ice thank you for all the years of sharing your life and positive attitude with us i saw the Vlad interview last night it was great
Ford racing , wearing a Honda sweater haha. 90’s was great 👍 nobody cared what you wore haha 😂
Love the Mustang. I'm going to get one soon.
He's right. The 90s will go down as the best decade to be a teenager in, hands-down.
Jealous cuz I'm out getting mine, Shane with the guage and Vanilla with the 9
You're video made me buy a Fox,!18 Fox bodies later still an awesome car.Youre rest brought a tear to my eye.
He part of the rap hiphop, foundation but dont get the credit I think we all bumped to ice ice baby
he really is such a great speaker. really commands attention.
That's fucking clean, those people there don't seem real enthused about it
I was unborn by a year when he pulled that cover off 😳😂😂😂 i love his style with music n think his new remixes are really awesome. Ur the man Vanny 😁
😱That definitely looks like $150,000 kink in the roof..??
Anyone notice?
150k my ass. Even if they put the new coyote 5 liter in it i don't see it. 50 maybe if they dod the newer motor
@aaron turnupseed if he was paying a shop 150 an hour for 3 years maybe it did cost that but its not a 150k SEMA car. I just don't see it.
80’s rocked! 5.0 and the IROC Camaros were awesome! No FB or IG was the best ever!
That cost $150 grand? I've got a 93' Cobra running 9.20-9.50's and still a street car driving it to work daily during summer months and have less than $70k in it.Just shows how much people get taxed to have a car built for them instead of doing the work themselves.
The 80’s and 90’s: no cell phones, staying out very late, muscle cars were slow af, and most of us didn’t have central air yet! Glad I got to experience it.
$150,000 to restore that??? Damn you got burned....
A fool and his money are soon parted.
@@newking70 he is no fool though he makes big dollars doing many things plus his music, that car is worth more than 150 because it's the original car in the video
If you spare no expense how did you get burned. Maybe you had a budget.
4 years in a shop I believe it. 👍🏼
The engine bay is even shaved.
🔥🔥🔥
@@lawn2learn you can have a limited edition Saleen from Ford off the show room floor with the new 5.0 coyote motor for less than $85000 ...so you tell me why would you spend $150,000 on a restored pos .....lol.....
@@skeelowzworld some people have money. I highly doubt he actually spent $150k on it. Probably talking it up.
