i prefer the PPQ M1 myself as some of my family members are lefties and its easier for me to release the magazine with the trigger finger.

Got my CZ P-09 for $350, favorite handgun I’ve ever shot. Only downside is spare mags are expensive and hard to get. My $170 Taurus G2C only failed once in about 600 rounds fired, another great cheap choice.

Yeah I saw a nice p09 threaded model the other day, but they wanted 632 dollars for it, which I thought was way too much considering. Msrp lists at 629

I have a tp9sfx elite, shot more than 2000 rounds and the barrel isn’t even marked. Amazing gun I will never get rid of it
You either have a TP9sf Elite, or a TP9sfx. The TP9sf Elite is a compact model like a Glock 19 size that holds 15 rounds, and the TP9sfx is a competition model with a 5” barrel, 18 round mag capacity, and comes optics ready.

I have a TP9sfx and it’s lights out for me. Extremely happy with the pistol.

I was astonished that the three weapons I own were ALL on the list. All were purchased for under $500, and ALL were purchased after the onset of the zombie apocalypse.

The PX4 Storm is #1 in my book. It has high capacity, plenty of safety features and the rotating barrel is unique and cool!!!!
It's a great gun, and Beretta supports it impeccably, but it's time to update the look and ergonomy a little.
I picked up a PPQ M2 a few years ago and my hand instantly loved it and once I fired it, I loved it, too. It's been my primary CCW since.
I wanted one, but state of CT banned them due to supposedly tampering of the 10 round mags...ugh

The px4 storm is so underrated. It’s never been near the top of my list, but the looks have always intrigued me. I still kinda want to get one because it’s so unique. Might get a da/sa gun next idk yet.
Once again, you've confirmed my instincts based on the little info I'd gathered beforehand. After nearly 2 years, I still love my RIA 1911A1 FS. I'd gone over 20 years without a 1911, and this was my return to the fold. It's too bad .45ACP is still so (relatively) expensive to shoot.

I generally agree with your rankings and choices, the CZ P10c and Sig P365 especially... I’ve been telling anyone who asks my opinion about guns in general about those 2 guns specifically and how great they are, basically for the same reasons you mentioned, and encouraging shooters to give them a try 👍😃
Sig P365 has been my default EDC for a couple of years now, and if I decide to carry something different to spice things up then the CZ P10c is the first gun from my collection that I consider, always 👍👍
The CZ P10F is ridiculously fast ,accurate and reliable
More comfortable in my hand than any of my much more expensive guns
10,000 rounds thru and still a laser

Great list. Just bought Canik TP9SFX and all the praise its been getting makes me feel good about my purchase. I saw the Beretta Storm today and it's bigger than I thought and looks nicer in person. I just might get it.

That ria 1911 is my edc. Ive had over 5k rounds through it with 2 jams that were both in the first hundred break in rounds. Been smooth as silk, totally reliable and great shooting

I got a Sig Sour P938 for $500. It's a great compact 9mm. Comes with night sights. Very accurate. And iv never had a malfunction with it.

That p365 is so hard to beat I love mine. The trigger is so good hardly any recoil for its size holds 10/12 Rounds. Easy to conceal. What more could you want for $500 and it has night sights out the box

Love, Love, Love 1911 my favorite gun of all time. I start out shooting Glocks 9mm but once I shot my first 1911 it was love at first shot!!!!! Of all the pistols I have 1911 my favorite. I guess it maybe my grandfather handed it down to me from his WW2 fighting Rommel in North Africa
You should take a look at the SAR arms k2 .45
It is a licensed CZ copy handgun...
SAR is Turkish made, but they're building a factory in the US...
They usually go for about $425.
the quality is on par with sig Sauer... But at half the price.
Unbelievably accurate, and just dead solid reliable..
I own the K12 Sport and that thing is accurate as heck and beautiful piece to look at.

A run of the mill one is 1250€ (1467$) and I have no freaking clue why it's almost triple the price of what they go for in the US of A while I'm close to Italy. O.o

Nice comparison and several of the guns could have made it to number 1. How a gun fits your hand should be given more consideration. What I found made the most difference to me as I have compared some of these side by side is how well each gun feels in my hands and if it points to the target easily and naturally. My glove size is large and I found the larger frame guns tend to be more comfortable and accurate in my hands. For a compact carry, the Glock 43x grip fits quite nicely. However, my girlfriend and a friend of mine both have smaller hands find that the Sig P365 is much more comfortable in their hands. While we can train and learn to shoot anything, it is best to use a gun that fits you best and is a good match for your hand size.
Totally agree with the list. However, I would also recommend the Springfield XD. I bought mine for under 400. It came with 3 mags and I have put at the very least 1300 rounds through it with 0 failure. Its not the prettiest pistol, but it is a very good bang for the buck. I know Springfield has a tarnished reputation, but they are good firearms. Also, love the channel. I have learned so much by watching. Thank you for making these videos.
I also have the xd compact in .45 ACP. With 13rd mags, it handles like the full size XD. Great shooting pistol
I'm just having trouble finding a holster for it. I'm prob going to go with a Milt Sparks iwb and wait the 6 months for production.

I love these videos they’re helping me and teaching me so much. New to guns though so with these I know you account and add up multiple factors to create the list and order. I wanted to suggest adding accolades/mentioning which ones are the best option for specific things or which options are the best in the sub categories that you use to build the list. Like which is the most accurate(best for competition training) on the list. Which is the cheapest on the list. Which is the most reliable on the list. Which is the largest/smallest. Which is best on the list for carry. Stuff like that cuz I see the rankings but I don’t think a p365 shoots better than the SFX but I don’t actually know you do so I’d be great if you mentioned stuff like that.
LOVE my Taurus G2C and I'm going out to get the G3C. Best concealed carry gun for the money.
i got the regular taurus g3, and compared to other guns i have owned, the colt 1911, my ruger sp101, both my pietta 1851 and remmington 1858, it is by far the most comfortable gun i've got to hold, it's not too heavy, doesn't feel too light, i can't speak for shooting it as i've not had the opportunity yet, but the guy i bought it off of said it shoots smooth as silk, and he's not one to exaggerate either, i've known him a long time and he's got a bad wrist so if it didn't bother him, it's likely a nice gun
Well now that was a interesting video and I pretty well agree with your list. The sig p365 is a personal favorite of mine but I am surprised that you did not mention Springfield armory hellcat which holds one more round than the sig p365.
Probably because track record is a component. Check the 2022 list, and I bet it makes the cut.

@@bruce5168 I found that on my FNS-9 in a couple of weeks the texture had moderated through normal wear and tear such as pulling it in and out of the console etc. and I didn't have to do anything but use the pistol and the sharp pyramids blunted off quite quickly.

If you haven’t made the Canik purchase yet, look into the Sar 9 first. I like it much better.
Would’ve liked to see a P01 or PCR on the list. I know they’re usually $600+, but I’ve seen a few sell for $450-$500.
