There is a scammer in the comments, DO NOT respond to them!
Out of the P07 2.0 and the 19 which one would you pick. Thank you for sharing you knowledge. This will determine which on I buy
@Dogleg That's relatively easy; Beretta.
Hmm. It must be me. I don't see my comment anywhere. It was not intended to scam, spam, in fact it was not intended to be negative. Oh well.
Those scammer kunts are all over youtube.

I carry an S&W Shield 2.0 in 9mm. I bought it a couple of years ago thinking it would be just a decent budget gun. I was expecting problems, but whatever, it was only $450. It FAR outperformed all my expectations. I have never once had a jam or malfunction of any kind. It's super accurate and smooth. Now I see all these guntubers doing reviews, ice tests, mud tests, 1000 round tests, etc. I didn't expect a $450 gun to be a god among budget pistols
Gen 1 is still
Amazing IMO ❤
I had a Gen1 (A base Camaro) Now I have a Shield + Performance Center (A Callaway Corvette) Both are solid amazing values for the money.
Most UA-camrs are idiots. Shield is/has always been incredibly reliable. Only problem is hard for those with weak hands to rack.
@@gearbarrel6237 Gen 1 had problems. Your sample may not have caused issues, but the 2.0 was a SIGNIFICANT improvement.
such a great gun but only 7-8 rounds is now its shortcoming today
When I turned 21 all I could afford was the Taurus G3 and it shocked me how great it felt to shoot and then shocked me again after it went through 3,500 rounds with less than 3 failures to feed (which I'd attribute to the equally cheap ammo). 500 of those rounds were hollow points. Passed my CCP test with over 90% accuracy and it comes with a 17+1 capacity. I'd trust it to protect my life any day of the week.
I've told quite a few that when Taurus 1st came on the market they were iffy and customer service (when in Miami) *SUCKED* . They improved when moving up to GA they got a lot better and I told a buddy to a (special) price was on the G3C and it had a rebate that made it 25 buck more than the G2C. I finally got them to get it and the GF got a huge slice of humble pie!
My family (wife, daughter, son, mother) and I all carry S&W M&P in multiple calibers and sizes. Always been impressed and happy with their performance. I hear so many people try to convert me to glock and swear it's the best, but I haven't found a single one that fits my hand properly. Yeah, it's a great gun, but so is the M&P. And thanks for your honest reviews, love 'em
I own both and definitely prefer m&p over glocks bc yes they both good but something bout those m&ps
Stick with what works for you. Don't let peer pressure sway you. Smith and Wesson is a good american company a with tremendous history.
Glock grip angle sucks ass. Not natural pointing it at all.
A sub compact list would be great! Love your honest content and happy to see a fellow Iowan making a splash in this community. Keep it up!
I agree. Sub compact list please
Count me in for a sub-compact list as well.
By the by, I just purchased an M&P9 M2.0 Metal Competitor. Wow. Big pistol, 5" barrel, but I wanted a full sized, accurate, scary looking gun.
Yes indeed
Yes sir! Subcompact if you please.
Yup, there've been so many great subcompacts introduced in the last year a list would be great.
I recently found out that I live right near Atlas Gunworks when I bought some night sights from them. They let me come to the factory to pick up my order and even gave me a tour! Incredible facility and really great people.
I picked up the canik mete sf. Same as the sf elite but with the mete upgrades. Crest pistol. Optic ready, great trigger, way better ergos, and a box full of stuff. Love my caniks.
I just bought a Glock 19 and it already feels like home. I carry Sig as well but that Glock has a magnetic feel to it. Just feels right. I appreciate your video. You didn’t review only expensive guns but also covered the guns that us every day folk can afford!
I'm a CZP10C guy. Love it, low recoil, and a friggin tack driver.
Chris, I love your no BS, honest opinions. Thanks. Still using my G19 gen 3. Even got two police trade in guns just like it, and were in very good conditions, just holster wear. I just like them. They work and fire any ammo, minus lead, and never have issues. They are reliable tools.
I run a PX4 Storm Compact. Over a thousand rounds on it and I truly love it!!!!
Love that you never forget about the P10C, even 5 years on. I've had mine for 4 years and have a few thousand rounds through it with no malfunctions that weren't directly my fault. I usually spend more on aftermarket upgrades than a gun itself, but with the P10 all I've done is replace the front sight and sand down some of the stippling.
I really got my eye on that one. Is it comfortable for carrying?
Just purchased a P10S. Can’t wait to get that little bad boy.
Just got a P10c for my first gun
@giles-tz7yw how do you like it? Do you carry it often?
A micro compact list would be awesome too! Great video as always, appreciate your integrity and honesty with your reviews, no B.S.
I've been carrying a P365XL for two years now and it's very comfortable to conceal and is extremely accurate. I also recently picked up a PX4 Storm and I love how little recoil it has
if it were the ONLY thing you had, would you be satisfied with the XL or would you opt for something different? Looking at a Macro or Macro Tacops, it would be my only pistol 'capable' of being carried. My others are full size steel frames, big/heavy (and im 6' 150lbs in wet clothes, Needless to say im looking at something smaller/lighter now lol.)
Just picked up the P365XL this weekend. Haven't shot it yet but have been carrying it and so far it has been very comfortable to carry with a Tier 1 Concealed holster.
@@superrad1659 Get the Macro, and look into getting the XL grip frame + Xl mag, bingo you get both sizes for cheap.
I recommend Macro first cuz its cheaper to size down than size up.
@@superrad1659 Get the XMacro Tacops. It's significantly better than the XMacro that was initially released. With the standard XMacro you're getting only a 3.1" barrel with a built in comp that doesn't mitigate recoil that drastically. With the XMacro Tacops version, you're getting a 3.7" barrel and similar slide lengths, FOUR 17 round mags, and extended slide catch lever, and a flared magwell AT A LOWER PRICE than the standard XMacro.
Plus you could always get a P365xl grip module and a 12 round mag if you ever wanted the P365xl configuration. It's much more expensive to start out with a P365xl and build it up to an XMacro Tacops version than it is to start with the XMacro Tacops and build a P365xl.
@@superrad1659
I'm personally happy with my XL. The macro looks great but with the extra $200 it's worth you could buy a 17rd mag, a p365 grip module and a 10rd mag. Boom now you have a p365, an XL AND a macro. I'd much rather have a 3.7 barrel than a 3.1 barrel. Not to mention you can still add a comp on the xl and get even more length from it if needed
I’ve been carrying the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield .40 cal. since 2017. I have fired so my different types of handguns as a Marine. The Shield is the best overall and completely and utterly reliable.
This is why I dig your vids...straight forward, legit, and no BS. I rock out the Staccato c2 and my new CS when I need something more compact. I can't recommend a C2 enough. The feel, trigger, recoil impulse, ergos, reliability, are all top notch. I know they are pricy, but I sold all my other pistols to have those two lol.
Love my P10C more than all my other firearms. It’s accurate, 100% reliable, and ergonomic. 3500 rounds, zero issues, and tons of fun.
Are they still in production? Every time I search the P10C I get stuff saying its discontinued but its not really clear to me if it is or not.
Absolutely do a best subcompacts next. I’m lookin for a new gun to carry in the warmer months and there’s so many options it makes my head spin
Well...phenomenal video as always. However, the nod to Mitch Hedberg was an Easter egg that put it over the top.
Excellent 15 Best Carry Pistols video as always!!
The CZ P-07 is still in production. Someone misinformed you that it was discontinued.
You can swap out your decocker and fit a manual safety on your P-07. You don't need to get a separate model that has a manual safety. That was one of the advantages of the Omega Trigger System.
Still my EDC pistol to date. Extremely reliable!! For me, the perfect size for EDC with great capacity to boot.
The Urban Grey model is on the list to be discontinued. I believe it will be this year.
Same, the p07 is legit
I have the gen 1 with Night Fission sights. It has the best trigger of all my pistols and is still as stock as the day it was born.
I just bought a CZ P-07 as my first concealed carry gun based on your recommendations !
You won't be sorry, my edc for years and I've tried many.
You definitely like to see you do a “15 Best SubCompact Carry Pistols” list! I conceal carry a S&W M&P9 Subcompact with an Apex Trigger. Very soft recoil and out performs a lot of larger pistols that I have shot!
Picked up #5 on this list (Walther PDP Compact 4" version) today as an early Father's Day gift to myself for plinking/EDC/HD. Gotta wait til next weekend to put some rounds through it, but the ergonomics & trigger while dry firing feel top notch!
Thanks for adding Taurus , it is my first and budget friendly. Has never failed me
Just got a Staccato CS... I would have to agree with your number #1. It's the nicest gun I have owned so far. Worth it.
I really love CZ’s. I rotate between my P07 & P10C as my EDC.
Walther PDP compact 4 inch and PDP F 3.5. Even when totally brand new, they are super smooth and very easy to shoot, and shoot well. Great for folks who don't have the stamina to fire several boxes in one session, or don't have access to a shooting range on a frequent basis, or both.
I have a Taurus G2C and it has performed flawlessly and is a great shooting gun. I must live a charmed life cause I have several Taurus guns and have never had a problem with any of them.
My vote is for CZ P10c. Fantastic trigger, very accurate, very ergonomic in your hand (very low bore axis) and durable. Plus the price is excellent if you get without red dot optic ready plate. I'm a CZ convert. CZ the day y'all.
Crazy great prices , can’t pass it up …
Even the optic ready isn't bad. I got mine with suppressor height night sights and optic plate brand new for 425. Not too shabby at all
do all CZs have large grips?
@Rocks N Ruts comes with a small medium and large backstrap so you can change to fit your needs
@@greengoose3956 ty. hav u evr been to the grn goose?
I liked seeing the canik tp9 sf elite on the list. I've had this for years and still break it out and have fun with it. For price point and what all comes with it, you can't go wrong. Especially with the STOCK trigger. One of THE best on the stock market.. awesome vid man!
Same here made two good choices Canik tp9 and Sig p365 both accurate can't beat Canik trigger and value out the box after having to learn how to tame Glock 22 40 Man love my Canik.
I’m so mad I don’t have a Canik - I missed getting one by literal hours (I live in Canada and got my license the same day the last shop that had them sold out). Now that the import/sale/transfer ban is in place I’m SOL.
@@richcurren6888 i feel for you dude. I couldn't imagine.
@@richardwebb371 Thank you, other Richard, it is some sh*t for sure.
The wild thing is that PCC's like the GHM9 are (*so far) still totally chill - no pistol-brace nonsense.
@Rich Curren That is super beat man. Maybe they will change the law the next conservative that gets in
Love my Taurus I’ve never been so happy shooting a fire arm I’ve sent at least 1000 rds thru it never a malfunction it’s a g2c and my EDC id be comfortable buying anything from Taurus and carry it with no concern
Have a Sig P365 and P365XL, a Wilson Combat Grip XL and a ShaloTek XXL slide with integrated compensator. I can literally make 18 different guns (soon to expand with a ShaloTex XL compensated slide) and every one of them shoots every kind of ammo, all day long, every day. Glad you have a variant on your list.
Definitely want to see a subcompact list.
I used to carry #2 on your list and now I carry #1 on your list and alternate between that and a Staccato C in the summer.
That said, in rare occasions, I need deep concealment with a subcompact. I currently use Glock 43 for it but I so got used to the Staccato manual of arms I would love to get a subcompact with a similar manual of arms as my Staccatos
I own a Taurus G3C, as well as a GX4, both in 9mm. The G3C has a capacity of 12 + 1, and comes with three mags in the box. The GX4 has an 11+1 capacity and came with 2 11 round, and 1 10 round mag in the box. The G3C came in at $265, and the GX4 I got for $325. I alternate carry between them. However, my first true love is my RIA BBR-310 in .45 ACP. Factory ported, adjustable rear sight, and came with 3 10 round mags and G10 grips. I did some mods by changing the grips out for Hogue finger groove grips, and Pearce pinky extension floor plates. This is my cold weather edc and I got it for $400. While I do appreciate you including the G3 on your list, you missed these three jewels in your video. Keep up the honesty, it's refreshing.
Awesome video! Absolutely love that you do 1,000 round tests! Most other channels don’t put these guns through this much of a test!
The CZP07 is apparently back on the market! I just ordered one. It arrives in just a few days! Can’t wait to try it out! Thanks for all the great videos that you do! 🙂
I have the Sig P365 XL and I love it, also used to carry the M&P 2.0 and they’re all great options ✊🏽
My grandpa carried a Colt .45 through Vietnam and brought it back with him. Had it for many years. Now it's mine, and you're right. He was a badass.
You are so lucky. Shot expert every time. A million rounds though it an tight as day made. My Capt let me take it home in parts. I wouldn't sell it for one million. the sig P365 macro, and I can tell you, IT IS THE PERFECT ccw. The low bore axis is so much better than the 320 series, and I love the trigger. The recoil is almost nonexistent, which is amazing for a 3in. barrel. Im a glock guy over sig, so that should prove how sweet this thing is. It's a tack driver with the
Any issue with rust? Or the material braking down? Seen a view video reviews on that
This was an awesome video. I would like to have three carry guns - my main carry, a deep concealment subcompact for t-shirt weather, and something larger I can wear under a jacket, for hiking or the winter. I only got my permit last year so still lots to learn. Thanks for the great content Chris
One of my winter carry guns is the P-01. Stock as it gets, never feel underpowered or unready.
i used to have the CZ 75 sp01 full size. Top notch gun!
P-01…amazing gun. Surprised it was not more towards the top 5
I went from an SR9E as my carry to a m&p 2.0 night and day honestly. The 2.0 is so smooth. I have shot tons of pistols including stock glocks and just comparing the stock configurations the 2.0 out performs the glock. Now that's my personal opinion each shooter is different but the quality of the 2.0 is phenomenal especially for a very decent price point.
Same for me. I shot my Shield 1.0 better than my Browning Hi Power. Recoil was a touch more snappy, but accurate. Replaced it with the Plus. Love it even more!
I have had the OG M&P in 40cal for almost 20 years love that gun. Never let’s me down.
Love my Taurus G3s and S&W M&P 2.0! Glad to see they made the list👍
My CZ P07 came with both a safety and decocker. Great gun for the price. Nice list and video
So did my HK USP.40, an amazing weapon.
Started out with a CZ PCR. Then a 365XL. Thanks to this channel. Next buy is the macro grip module and some mags if I can ever find them, and would love a p07 with an optics ready slide. Come on Cz. Make all your guns optics ready
I prefer the Taurus G2C over the Taurus G3C, but both are good guns.I normally talk smack about Taurus, but they did a good job with these 2 guns.
I've owned 2 taurus G series pistols. After the pt111, their great. The pt111 had a lot of problems, but the G2c addressed those problems and the G3 and G3c just further improves on the platform. For 300 bucks you can't go wrong with a Taurus G3.
100% agreed
@@guycarrwuzright7189 I totally agree my G3C has been great over 1K rounds and no problems it's my EDC.
I love my PPS M2. Tried to put it down for a 365 and an M&P. The PPS just feels the best to shoot, feels best in my hand, and most comfortable to carry (probably because its only 6+1 with the flush fit). I’m done trying to find a new carry gun and thank God for that.
Great video as usual, thanks for being the best gun channel on YT!
Oh, and hell ya we want a sub compact list! Godspeed you two :)
I also prefer my PPS M2 over the double-stack compact pistols I have tried to replace it with. Tried the Taurus G2c, S&W M&P 40c, Bersa Thunder, and Ruger Max 9. PPS M2 still my favorite, although I have been carrying the Max 9 with a Crimson Trace 1550 red dot on the weekends and it’s growing on me.
The PPSM2 is great and I carry the LE, but it's a subcompact. Very easy to shoot.
My PPS M2 sits on my nightstand in the holster next to my wallet and daily pocket contents. I carry the middle or full cap mag and sometimes the flush as a spare. Only different thing about carrying a spare mag is that they have a heel instead of a toe.
@@phantomspaceman I guess you’re right, that is considered a subcompact.
15 Kinda explains a lot, there are a LOT of great options today. My friend recently got his permit, and I essentially warned him that the most difficult thing is going to be choosing a pistol when he finally decides to buy one. Given another year we will likely have even more fantastic options (like the option from HK that will have a FCU and will be similar to the P365).
PS. Checked the CZ sight, they discontinued the 40 S&W P-07 a while ago, and as of 2023 they are discontinuing the OD Green variant of the 9mm P-07.
Goddamnit, I love the OD Green P-07. And I was wondering why I couldn't find it anywhere.
@@arnowinchester591 sportsman’s has it
@@Yeedo420 thanks for the hint, mate, but I'm situated in Germany and even wrote an official CZ social media account, doesn't seem I'll get my hands on one. I guess simple black is okay, too...
The P07 is probably on the chopping block. Not first time I heard this. The discontinued the P01 Omega and all omega steel guns. I heard they are just trying to get through stock and CZ will not respond to my request which may say something. Or may not. I have many PO sevens and several P0 nines if CZ discontinues this gun, I will be done with CZ for good. It just seems like they’re being controlled by colt and that has not been a good thing over the years. I truly hope that I am wrong.!!!!
@@rkpagano you and me dog. I love my 09's and 07's. I'm about to buy one more of each so I can trick out the OG's.
Not gonna lie, surprised the VP9/VP9sk didn’t make the list… I mainly carry my P320 Xcompact (custom build) and started to carry what I call my XL Macro (Macro grip+XL slide) and my LCP Max as a back up. Looking into the VP9 as my next purchase, mainly for the trigger, paddle mag release and overall ergonomics, rented one at a local range recently and fell in love.
I have several Springfield’s I carry. Xd mod2, xds mod2 and xdm that I bought over the years in both 9mm and 45acp. Honestly to date I have ran several different brands of ammo and don’t think I have ever had a miss feed or failure in any of them.
Just bought a hellcat OSP for summer carry easy to hide.
I also have the smith M&p 2.0 in both 4” and 3.6 compact. They all work flawlessly every time to.
Great reviews I appreciate the breakdown of the pros and cons on guns that’s something not a lot of people do
Pleased to see the PX4 on this list. Criminally underrated
i love the cinderella kind of guns....lol
Another seriously ignored pistol is the mossberg Mc2c, it has surprised me with it's slim profile high capacity great reliability and accuracy that beats more than one on his list and they can be had on sale at times in the 300 dollar price range, i own the taurus g3 and the mossberg is better in everyway other than if you like the da/sa option, i even prefer shooting the mossberg to the sig p365. I definitely think every pistol he chose that i have tried are everything he said they are i just think there's a few more out there i have never seen him test. I own a bul armory sas2 ultralight and after watching outlaw and his better half shoot lots of pistols i can't see him or her not thinking the bul is anything but excellent.
Probably cause it's ugly

I have both the Taurus G3 and the G3c and switch both internals with lakeline steel guts and never had any issues with them. The thing is, the round slop does act funny with holos tho.
😂 lost it at the M&P. You're hilarious dude. My wife carries the S&W shield in 40 cal and I carry the full size (police trade in) in 40. Best guns we've ever owned and will not part with them. We have bought and sold many other guns while owning our S&W pistols over the years. They are our EDCs and don't see that changing. Wasn't big on the original trigger in mine and replaced it with an Apex. The difference is unbelievable. Amazing guns.
Love the reviews btw. So much info and no fluff. Straight to the point and honest. Much respect brother.
Have a glock 43x and sig p365XL with Willson Combat grip frame and a steam light. Depending on what I wear and where I go depends on what I carry. Love them both but the glock 43x is the easiest to conceal. Really love the sig factory sights. They are awesome.
Love to see the subcompact list!! Thank you for the honesty of your reviews!! Keep em coming bro!! I think I'd like to see your choices of ammo!! Like your choices of exotic to your run of the mill self defense stuff.. that would be wicked interesting! Again Thank you
I'm honestly not surprised about the M&P still working. Garand thumb froze it and it still worked lol
I have Taurus G3c and CZ P07. Both are great guns, reliable, and awesome. Good that both are on your top list. :D
Would enjoy seeing a double stack micro compact.
Love all the content, thank you for doing what you do!

Love this channel - great content, no politics, new, intriguing and always accurate information from an honest gun guy. No fanaticism or ulterior motive other than presenting information for us to make choices on weapons, with honest input when warranted. Greetings from Philadelphia.
Before I buy any new gun I always check his reviews on it.
@@black87FXR so do I.
I’m between the Hellcat and M&P shield … but I’ve got big hands so more than likely the M&P - I like the Springfield XD too
It's not the most accurate (or maybe it's me) but the Taurus G3c is the easiest gun to operate in my arsenal. It felt "broken in" right out of the box. Easy slide, very smooth to rack, and the safety is also very smooth with a quick thumb flip on OR off (but holds in place).
So if you are on a budget, you'll be pleasantly surprised. That being said, it is a cheap gun, so the balance is a bit weird, cosmetics are meh, stuff rattles a bit, front sight came loose (but was simple to fix with Locktite) etc. But I would trust it in an emergency.
The taurus g3c is also great it is a 12+1 but can take the larger mags. 3.25 inch barrel so it is easy to carry.
That P365 should be higher, and the 43x should be on the list. Also, I love the LCP max for those instances where I need super concealment or where I want a tiny backup gun.
My carry is a Colt New Agent. After I got use to the trench sight, I found it was very accurate in what I consider "normal" self-defense ranges. (Out to about 7-8 yd., or 20-25 feet) I have fired over 1,000 rounds and never had a misfire or jam.
Favorite guntuber. Hands down.
Thanks for doing what you do.
The Gun Snob King Channel? He does reviews and says things based on his personal preferences and what he likes. He bashes a lot of pistols if he feels they’re lame. Oh well.
Thank you for giving props to the APX Centurion. So under-rated.
It's my EDC. ZERO malfunctions.
1500 rounds with no issues. Bro, it's Beretta 500 yr old company. I think most people are turned off by the slide serrations, that's what attracted me to it, after I saw outlaws review. Picked one up with an extra grip module in ODG, Its part of my EDC rotation fo sho.
Don’t own one. But always liked the features looks like a great option
@William Gallagher it's an excellent combat pistol for the price. Gotta give some love to our Sylvania Bros AREX ZERO 1s is another sick Edc pistol.
Wish it had a better trigger. Or even a great aftermarket trigger. It’s the only thing that kept me from getting one.
I've got an experience with the PX4. I bought one about 7 years ago, out of the box it failed to eject every 4th round. Like clockwork. No matter how many rounds were in the magazine it failed to eject the 4th round. Sent it back to Beretta they sent it back to me about 4 weeks later saying they had fixed the issue. For about a week it functioned fine. Took it to the range put some federal 115fmj in it and on the 4th round it destroyed the extractor. Called Beretta had it sent back to them and they argued with me for almost 2 months that it was the ammo that caused the deconstruction of the gun. Swore off Beretta since that experience. I've known a few people with similar issues on the px4.
After 10,000 rounds in my P10C, couldnt help but buy another, and then a P10F as well. Love everything about that series
The PX4 really is awesome and understated. I got a base version of the full size, and added bits and pieces to make it almost the full Langdon version... the trigger is PHENOMINAL. One of the best after the trigger bar and 10 lb spring conversion... For less than $100 in parts you can upgrade your stock one to an amazing shooter. My favorite of all my handguns I have ever owned. Also extremely reliable!
My px4 compact is great, feels comfortable, got a +2 extension from Beretta for the mag, made the handle slightly more comfortable for my large hands. Aliengear IWB and OWB are super comfortable, don't agree that holsters are hard to find. Some people find the looks of PX4 kinda unusual, I quite like it!
I agree Jesse, I have upgraded mine to be just as good as an LTT and it is the best shooting gun I own and has never skipped a beat.
I’ve always wanted to try one for Apendix carry.
Proud to say I own three of the guns on this list The XMacro with Icarus Precision Grip Module and Mcarbo Trigger, titanium striker, and spring kit. Then I have a bone stock Pdp Compact that I am getting ready to try out for the first time. Well the third one is kinda on the list I own a Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 Metal Competitor.
I've been trying to buy an Icarus grip module for over a year with no luck. Any trips????
@@bryanduchane2371 don’t miss your chance to preorder one on Friday March 17 Noon PST/ 3 pm Est from Icarus Precisions website!
Finally someone explained why the 1911 trigger is special and it took a couple seconds. Also, been watching for years and never subscribed before today.
Great list, tho I would replace the g3 with the th9c from Taurus still inexpensive but higher quality 🙏🏽💪🏼
One of the best reviews ever!!! Subcompact list would be awesome.
After watching your videos and Garand Thumbs, on the reliability of the M&P(polymer) platform and all the adverse conditions it has performed flawlessly through, I believe it has proven its reliability over Glock. Overall just a better platform in my opinion. I run the full-size Performance Center, with Apex trigger, Holosun SCS-MP2-GR, tungsten guide rod (13lbs spring), lightened firing and plunger spring, with two extra ports by Mag-Na-Port on the barrel. Very smooth!!!
Lol garands torture test videos are a joke. Watch MAC’s reliabilty test. They are done much better and more consistently and in his tests the Glock outperformed the S&W M&P by a long shot as well as every other pistol MAC tested. GT torture tests are dumb half ass and even GT himself edc’s a Gen 3 g17 so.
I would like a sub-compact list as well as a micro compact list. I always enjoy seeing your opinion on any firearm. You help me to make more informed decisions on my personal gun purchases.
I can't afford a high end pistol. I bought the Beretta APX Compact. 13 plus 1. Luv luv luv this gun. Shoots flat accurate and consistently. Thanks Chris.
Staccato P and Glock 19 are my two main EDC pistols, with a P365X when I need something smaller for deeper concealment. In all three cases it's for exactly the reasons given here for each pistol.
Isn't the staccato p pretty large?
Nice to see the P-07 so high on the list.
I can vouch for the G3, under $300 bux, can't beat it. I have a feeling the G2C will definitely make the sub-compact cut as well.
Did you ever have problems loading certain ammo in the g3c? Sometimes the hollows points don’t load but the fmj and range practice ammo are fine
Recently got the CZ P10SC. Easily became my favorite carry gun after my first time shooting it. Perfect size for how I like to carry and crazy accurate. Can't believe I slept on CZ for so long.
WOW..I love CZs they are awsome pistols.
I have also P10SC , very accurate and awesome pistol
Just got the SC myself after having the 10C for a few yrs. I did an additional undercut under the trigger guard and a +1 extension. I can fit my full XL hands on the grip and conceal much better
Currently carry a Glock 48 with the 15 round shield arms mags. Super slim (no printing when appendix carrying) reliable (around 5000 rounds shot so far), and not as snappy as the 43x. Perfect edc.
yoooo love my 48. holoson 507k too. I agree. it is perfect.
How are the shield mags for you? I hear good and bad things about the reliability for carry.
@@CT-lr9ur ive had no issues with mine so far after probably 2k, but as with anything, run the piss out of them before you trust them
@@CT-lr9ur It varies from gun to gun. Only way to be sure is to put a couple thousand rounds through. If you're getting a bunch of failures, then go back to OEM.
@@CT-lr9ur out of the 3 shield arms mags I have, one of them had a couple feeding issues with Hornady critical defense for some reason. The other two run everything I’ve put in them but I have switched my carry ammo over to Federal HSTs. I did mark the mag that gave me a couple issues and it is now dedicated to range use only. Didn’t want to take a chance with it.
I have the hellcat pro and have enjoyed the gun. As he said it is light and easy to carry all day.
I have a Walther CCP M2 which I absolutely love. The ergonomic grip feels comfortable in my hand, is easy to rack and the fixed barrel allows easy cleaning and reduced recoil.
I love my walther pdp compact but I did get the 5"
I bought the Staccatto C partly due to your revue, and have been carrying it ever since, even though I also bought a Staccato P last year, I prefer the single stack for comfort.
Yes to all the other video concepts. Yes. Thanks for being you
Solid dude talking about solid guns, subscribed. Just got a Ruger P89 my late father in law left me and my wife and a 20 gauge shotgun. Been really broke lately but i want a gen 5 glock 19 so bad. Im younger (32) but id like to get a collection going eventually when finances allow. A man can dream.
Definitely would like to see a double stacked micro list
Beautiful work outlaw thanks for the inspiration and information.
I just wanted to mention that out of all the programs I'll see online about firearms I really think yours are the best . You look like you enjoy what you are doing . I get a kick out of seeing your wife shoot too . Keep up the good work . I'm Rick from Shreveport, Louisiana .
Hi Chris, I'm a fairly new (6 months ago) fan to your channel, but definitely devoted to your insights and opinions. I now depend "almost" (97%) entirely on your reviews before deciding to purchase any firearm.
My name is Doug and I'm also your Sconnie neighbor from the Wis. Dells area. Anyway, I have a limited budget, and I'm trying to find the most reliable, most compact, 9MM handgun for my wife. She's never shot a gun, she doesn't want to shoot a gun, but I'm DEFINITELY going to train her how to handle, maintain, and to shoot a gun in these troubled times. I believe I'm going to choose the Taurus G2C, but I was wondering if you could do a five gun "comparison" of the least expensive, smallest, beginner friendly handguns out there. If you could please have your wife perform the testing alongside your reviews, I would appreciate it. Please keep in mind, this is for women shooters.
I'm looking for reliability (If I die defending my wife, I want to know she has a gun with a minimal chance of failure so she can hopefully survive). I want it to be comfortable in her small hands. Therefore, the size of the trigger guard can be much smaller (I know you are a stickler about trigger guard size). I want the best ease of use as well, for her, not for a man. I know I'm requesting a lot, but I'd appreciate it.
Please remember, I'm looking more for a comparison of the least expensive 9MM compact handguns, not "only" the best of. Examples, Taurus G2C or G2C2, Hi Point C9 single or YC9, SCCY DVG-1 or CPX-2 Gen3, or a Bersa/Talon. I don't know exactly, but from a female perspective with a caring husband's approval. From a trusting fan,
Doug
Would love to see a double stack micro list. Great video as always.
One of my fav guns is my M&P 2.0 optics ready in FDE. Has the new trigger. Even though I also have the new 2.0 metal I kind like the feel of the 4" compact a bit better for some reason. Used to have g19s then got rid of them for the M&Ps. But recently got a G19 gen 5 mos and put a Holosun SCS on it. Overwatch Precision Dat trigger and minus connector also. I like it alot. I like the Smith a bit better but wanted to have at least one Glock back in my possession! Been eyeing those Staccatos. Possible someday I will get the new compact SC model.
I normally carry a P365. I have to say though that my most comfortable and accurate pistol is my S&W M&P M2.0 in 10mm. It is a bit large; but, I have carried it as well. I do holster it around the house a lot. I also have carry rigs for my Sig P938, H&K VP9LE, Sig P220 Carry SAS SAO .45 ACP, and even my Ruger GP100 .357 Magnum. Nightstand piece is the FN FNX-45 Tactical, although I do need to order a suppressor for it to make it ideal for indoor home defense. It’s a monster that also has a Surefire light, and a Trijicon duel illumination RMR.
Not having the FN 509 midsize (MRD, tactical or neither) is crazy to me after your glowing review and saying it’s better than a Glock 19 out of the box
I feel like I own 4 of the best guns money can buy: Smith Shied Plus, CZ P10C, FN Compact and Smith M& P 2.0 4"
Honest Outlaw has a great list, but I don't trust the Sig Macro as much as the guns that I own.
