Dr Berg, I am a retired RN. I have worked with cardio-thoracic surgeons, ICU, CVR, ER, Cath Lab, & Med Surg. You are by far the most knowledgeable. I have Meniere’s Disease. It is terrible. With vitamins & apple cider, I feel 100% better & it is helping with it, too. Thank you. When someone asks who my primary doctor is, I tell them Dr Berg!😂😂

The top natural remedies to drain your sinuses:
    1. Spanish black radish
    • You can consume these throughout the day or take them as a supplement. If you take them as a supplement, you can take three every hour for eight hours.
    2. Black seed oil
    • Take this on a regular basis. Consider tripling the regular dosage.
    3. Kimchi juice
    • Put a tiny amount of the juice on your finger and apply it to the inside of the nostrils, no more than 1/4 inch deep.
    4. Do a nasal rinse with saline solution and colloidal silver
    • Get a nasal rinse kit and pour out some of the saline solution. Mix 1/4 teaspoon of colloidal silver into 1/2 cup water and add the mixture to the saline solution.
Ensure the mixture is at room temperature, and tilt your head down and to the side. Then, pour the mixture into the upper nostril and let it drain out the lower nostril. You can do this a few times a day for several days.
    Thank you Dr Berg!!🐱👍🏿

Excellent video! My wife had sever allergies, and was on allergy shots for 30 years. Several years ago we moved to East Africa, and allergy shots and pharmacuricals are simply not available. She did OK for about 6 months, but then started developing severe allergies. What we found was that by taking Stinging Nettle, Quercetin, and Serrapeptase enzymes, combined with saline sinus washes. This COMPLETELY relieved her allergies and sinus drainage, and in fact she has never had such clear sinuses. We have been encredibly blessed by your channel. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

As an herbalist for over 10 years and living in Alabama, my go to sinus decongestant is Eucalyptus (globulus) tincture taken at 2 dropperfuls (3ml) 3x day. It is hands down the BEST sinus decongestant I have seen or used. It clears the sinus congestion without drying the sinuses too much which is a problem with most OTC sinus medicines. It also works very well for a bad tooth infection until you can get to the dentist. Basically anything in the ear, nose, throat area. Anything lower involving the lungs gets Elderberry Syrup.
For those of us who can't stand the nasal rinses Arm & Hammer puts out a Eucalyptus Nasal spray with saline that works very well also. It's called "Simply Saline Extra Strength Plus w/ Eucalyptus". It comes in a nasal spray can.

    0:15 Spanish black radish
    1:32 Black seed oil
    2:20 Kimchi
4:04 Nasal rinse: saline solution + colloidal silver (please read the important side note)
Side note: If for some reason you're using tap water for nasal rinse you need to absolutely boil the water because of the potential presence of a brain-eating amoeba in the water called (Naegleria fowleri). The following is directly from FDA website:
"Tap water isn’t safe for use as a nasal rinse because it’s not adequately filtered or treated. Some tap water contains low levels of organisms - such as bacteria and protozoa, including amoebas - that may be safe to swallow because stomach acid kills them. But in your nose, these organisms can stay alive in nasal passages and cause potentially serious infections. They can even be fatal in some rare cases, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)."
    fda . gov /consumers/consumer-updates/rinsing-your-sinuses-neti-pots-safe
    cdc . gov /parasites/naegleria/sinus-rinsing.html
FDA website recommends boiling the water for 3-5 minutes and then cool until it's lukewarm, CDC website recommends boiling the water for 1 minute but at elevations above 6,500 feet, boil for 3 minutes. I'd say go ahead and boil the water for 10 good minutes and then let it cool down. After all, it's your life we're talking about here.
Please never skip this potentially life saving step if you're using tap/faucet water.

I always use colloidal silver on cold-sores if I get them. Works great. Much better than any cream or ointment that I have bought in a pharmacy. If I spray it on straight away after I feel the first tingle it prevents them from ever forming, if for example I am at work and cannot do it straight away it clears them up way quicker

Dr Berg, this video is gold! I had Covid in the first week of august and continued to suffer from its side effects mainly sinus infection and muscle and joints aches. I had a course of augmentin for the sinus, it improved a little but it didn’t cure it. I continued to cough badly and sometimes vomit from the severity of coughing. I woke up this morning, today is monday September 5th and I thought I would check if you have solution on your videos. Guess what!? I saw this video that you released JUST 3 days ago! I ordered the black reddish supplement and the bio active silver hydrosol. I just took the last set of three pills and after the second nasal rinse; I feel 80% improvement in my sinus and my overall muscle and joint pain!!!!!! I can’t thank you enough and I am praying for your health and happy life!!!!
Question: shall I continue with the black radish tomorrow or shall I stop ??

Like you I need to try something. For me I need to try something and stick with it. I need to try something that will not burn my nostrils or burn inside my nostrils. Also I need to try something that won't leave my nose crusty or have boogers inside and or around the outside of my nose. I have tried different things but either they don't work or I don't try them long enough to see if they will work. My biggest problem is knowing I need to know what I will be trying will work. Having faith and trying things is a tough set of things to have and or do when you really need better stuff in your life. I am going to try something and stick with it and hopefully I will see good results with what I will try.

I slugged that thing down first thing in the morning and within seconds I was on my knees because it was that intense. xD I remember crawling my way to the back door to cool off outside because of the extreme intense heat and sweating that occurred seconds later. Long story short I regretted it. More doesn't mean better when it comes to cleanses / detoxing.

DESPERATE FOR RELIEF HERE* 2 weeks ago, I was diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis. I’ve suffered from a stuffy nose (sinus issues) since 2016. I was just always prescribed antibiotics or told to take an antihistamine for the problem, but I never went to see and ENT Specialist. Well, finally, I did & was told about the Chronic Sinusitis. Unfortunately, my ENT Specialist hasn’t been very helpful. I feel like I’ve only gotten worse 😩 I need some help, some suggestions & I’m so thankful to have run across Dr. Berg’s videos. I’m just overwhelmed with all the different things to try to help my situation that I really just don’t know where to start. The major problem that I’m having is the “stuffy nose.” I feel like I can’t breathe & breathing through my mouth just gives me anxiety. Currently, I’m taking an antihistamine & using both Flonase & a Nasal Saline Spray. Is this ok? Or should I try starting somewhere else?

I have an allergy sinus block now. I tried saline water rinse, but got an issue with an ear infection-water drained to ear and infected. Now I drink antibiotics. Also you must use boiled and cooled down water and not just filtered to reduce a chance of infection.

Candida can and will live on Ketones as well. Fasting and Keto actually made my symptoms worse for almost two weeks. With that said, it did eventually clear up. It could have been a dying off period, but yeah, fasting and keto aren’t going to magically get rid of candida.

I don't think you need the tudca for that, serrapeptaise enzymes at therapeutic levels clears sinuses on its own (for me). To find your therapudic level, increase dosage by 1 pill when dosing until you get a headache, then back off one pill. This is your personal therapudic level. Take serrapeptaise 1.5 hrs away from meals with 8 ounces of water. My therapudic number is 6, of "serratia" made by Arthur Andrew. If my sinuses aren't clear in 1/2 hour, I take 3 more. Serrapeptaise the miracle enzyme, the very first book, by Robert Redfern was where I found this miracle years ago!

@@wilburellis9510 I've tried that, it doesn't work as well. I've experimented with straight serrapeptase and also with combining it with other mucolytic and proteolytic enzymes and combining it with TUDCA makes a massive difference.

      @miltonbates6425 2 роки тому +1

@@NansGlobalKitchen It's a very specific type of bile acid that competes with other bile acids. It's role is for more than just digestion. There's a good amount of research on it.

    • @wilburellis9510
      @wilburellis9510 2 роки тому +1

@@miltonbates6425.... that's very interesting. Since I take tudca for the digestive, maybe I never noticed it's effect. I tried every serrapeptaise enzyme on the market when I started trying it, and none of it agreed with me, so I kept trying different brand's. Only the Arthur Andrew works for me, and they all were different, with different side effects, for some proprietary reason unknown to me. Therapudic level Arthur Andrew is all that works for me presently, but I will remember the tudca and try it sometime when the initial 6 pills aren't working.

Dr. Berg, when I get a head cold I will flush my sinuses with Arm and Hammer Simply Saline rinse. I’ve tried the Neti pot with the packets and for me it’s not the same.
I lay on my bed hang my head off the edge and fill up my sinuses with the spray. The eyes have to be parallel to the floor or you don’t get all the sinuses. Then I wait a few seconds, I can usually feel it breaking up, then I flip over with a towel to catch all the fluid. It takes a bit of effort to get past the feeling of drowning sometimes. I tell myself I’m fine I can breathe through my mouth. It’s totally worth it because my head just opens up. Otherwise I get migraines with the congestion or have the cold for a month. I can completely avoid the cold if I flush right away.
When I live in houses with no central heat/AC I don’t get as many colds. I have no allergies at all.

Thanks for the great info. I always used ACV in my nose at the start of sinus discomfort. Have you ever covered the burn from caustic perfumes from laundry soaps? I just went to family gathering & my nose & throat is completely burned from the Landry soap a family member uses. I notice their voice was a little raspy. I want to tell them w/o offending them how bad that is for them. I was just so happy to see them. I didn’t want to ruin the reunion w/“ btw your killing me w/that laundry soap!” & It’s an endocrine disrupter. 👀😬 They have allergies too. I’m surprised they’re doing so well. But I believe they could do even more better- if they’d kick out that perfume bio warfare soap.

@@mohammedsaqib620 you can mix salt with hot water to dissolve. Then add cold water. So warm water best. You can get a Neti pot to put the solution in , it has a little spout that inserts into the nostril and makes it easier ( Google it ) then snort up alternate nostrils the after can then escape through the opposite nostril and mouth. Repeat each nostril 3-4 times
