    Here are some key takeaways:
    1. Fatigue and low energy often stem from dysfunctional mitochondria. Mitochondria are the "powerhouses" inside your cells that produce energy in the form of ATP.
    2. Things that support healthy mitochondria include: the ketogenic diet, nutrient-dense foods like red meat, exercise, cold therapy, some phytonutrients, avoiding refined carbs and sugar, managing stress, and avoiding toxins.
    3. Coenzyme Q10 is an important nutrient that supports mitochondrial function. Many common medications like statins can deplete CoQ10 levels. Supplementing may help increase energy.
    4. The brain uses a very high percentage of the body's ATP. Boosting mitochondrial function can have profound effects on brain health and mood disorders.
    5. Making more mitochondria (through exercise) and repairing existing ones (through fasting and phytonutrients) is key. Damaged mitochondria produce less ATP.
    6. We have only a small reserve of ATP available at any one time. The ketogenic diet allows us to tap into larger fat stores for fuel when needed.
In summary, supporting mitochondria function through diet, lifestyle, and strategic supplementation can have a big impact on fatigue and energy levels.

    For me :
    Read the Bible
    Walking
    Sun bathing
    Eat super foods
    Take nap
    Sleep well
    Gardening
    Take supplements
    Drink teas
ginger , garlic, whole lemon , turmeric, cayenne, cinnamon, clove
    Green tea
I grow many herbs in my garden , I use each one to make tea

    • @quor2243

The bible and super foods are both fantasies so they won't help you. If you're eating right you won't need supplements unless instructed by your doctor. Sun bathing though great for vitamin D can quickly be a negative if you do it to much. Nothing wrong with tea unless you put a sweetener in it, but I don't think it does a ton to get your daily nutrients. Maybe swap out some tea for a fruit and vegetable smoothie.

Have you read the book statins how they kill us one cell at a time? There is an interview on UA-cam with a gal who is interviewing the two Drs that wrote the book. Very interesting. In a nut shell It seems statins do take the cholesterol out of the blood, where it's tested for and it shoves it in the closet!!! , Which is our cells. So it's still in the body. It's like a hoarder cleaning the house and stuffing everything into the closet until the door falls off or the walls bust out. And that's what happens in the cell. They stuff the cells with cholesterol and the cells rupture and that causes the muscle weakness and pain people on statins experience.

@@DrbergCan't filtering your water be detrimental to ones health though to a certain degree if you're not getting some of the beneficial minerals and components, which the body needs, that are removed via filtering. One 'filtered water pitcher' system in particular, which can be found and bought at many big name stores, seems to remove all minerals from tap water (tds testing on residential tap water filtered by this pitcher system shows a reading of 0 ppm).
From what I understand if someone drank this tds filtered (0 ppm) water exclusively their bodys ph levels would be negatively effected and thus their overall health as well. Is there truth to this and would ones diet and/or a multivitamin and mineral tablet or capsule negate these effects?
      Thanks👍

Maybe it's true for some poeple, but not for everyone, there are some people brains of whom are very resistant to any form of help.
I've tried keto diet, currently I'm on low carb diet, in the past I've been diagnosed with depression and took some ~30 various antidepressants and various forms of psychotherapy over years - neither helps with fatigue. After years of trying I learnt to force myself to exercise at gym 3 times a week - fatigue is reduced for some 30 minutes after exercise and returns to the ugly "norm" after.
At my age of 42 I should have family and be pretty rich (I'm a computer programmer), but I'm alone and rather poor because od depression and fatigue (and frequent job absences or changes because of that).

Love this. The dedication it takes to stay energized is so amazing, yet paradoxical. It’s so easy to make poor diet choices, stay up late surfing the internet/media and not exercise. But those temporary dopamine hits just make things chronically worse. You would think preserving energy means you have more of it, but that’s only true for animals who live to survive. Humans have to stay stimulated or productive to maintain high energy because our basic needs are met (in most places)

I have had this lately, I have been poor at keeping up with my Keto regime, too many invites to friends for dinner, it was amazing how easy it was to get out of my keto routine. I gained 3 kg. So I am very annoyed with myself. I'm back on one meal a day, 24 hour fast, plenty of meat, salads and eggs, I felt great when i was down to around 76/77 kg, lots of energy and more motivated too. Definitely those carbs and in particular sugar is really bad news, avoid at all costs!

To help quick start the process? I do believe it is proper to note that most health related issues stem from the base of a unhealthy lifestyle. To be more specific, scenarios that deal a reaction or solution to deal with negative aspects of life. Sugars, fast foods, alcohol, having no time for fitness, stress, etc. those things that destroy or hinder the good health of the body aren't simply the first option of an individual, but a compensation to a lifestyle that most people don't realize they have buried themselves in. Hence, why it gets the response from those individuals of complications to do so. It IS just that simple to swap all those things for the right things, but the process to do so in a way that is going to intertwine with an individuals norm will be a bit more challenging. The world already pushes us forward to making everything as convenient as possible. We arent encouraged to endure, resist, to be disciplined, or even refined. Yet, our bodies try to tell us this every day.

Increased water drinking during the day to 6 or 7 glasses
Put a grain or two of celtic sea salt under your tongue each time you start a glass
Stop looking at phone at least an hour before bed...preferably longer
Not having phone near the bed at night.
Turn off TV at least 30 minutes before bed.
Don't go to bed too early (or late) i set a bedtime of around 9.30 to 10
I now wake about 6 am fully rested.
Plenty of energy for daily exercise
    Eat real food.
    Hope that helps.

Methylene blue (MB) improves mitochondrial function by enhancing electron transport and reducing oxidative stress. It acts by rerouting electrons in the mitochondrial electron transport chain directly from NADH to cytochrome c, which increases the activity of complex IV. This process effectively promotes mitochondrial activity and mitigates oxidative stress.
MB's antioxidative properties help break the cycle of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mitochondrial damage, making it a promising candidate for neuroprotection and cognitive enhancement. Studies have shown that MB can improve mitochondrial respiration and energy metabolism, which is beneficial in conditions associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, such as neurodegenerative disorders and brain injuries.
Furthermore, MB has demonstrated efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo settings, showing potential for therapeutic applications in addressing mitochondrial dysfunction-related conditions.

4:40 : You're right in recognizing that the energy from ATP is very efficiently used and recycled within the body. The statement that the body produces and recycles an amount of ATP equivalent to roughly its own body weight over the course of a day doesn't imply that there's an addition of new physical mass to the body; rather, it highlights the energetic turnover. For a 100kg person there is about 250g of ATP at any single time that is being used over and over. So please dont make it sound like human body can create a new copy of itself every single day.

When you try to educate yourself in Deen he gives you a hard time when you invite him towards the deen you get accused of being holier than though even though you are only sharing what youve learnt in the hope that both of you can find your way to Allah but you find yourself fighting an uphill battle even when you are trying to better yourself

Look into iodine. I have been suffering from chronic fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, anxiety/depression for about 4 years. For the last 1.5 years I have been working on improving my health with regular exercise, healthy diet, brain retraining, and different supplements. Nothing seemed to work until I added Lugol iodine. Please look into it. Remember to take iodine with unrefined sea salt. I mix the unrefined sea salt with 2-3 iodine drops in a 40oz glass water bottle and drink it throughout the day. I drink about 120oz of iodine/salt water (8-9 drops of iodine total per day). I kid you not, this has been the missing link to my health. These are the supplements I take daily. Zinc, natural Vit C, Unrefined raw cod liver oil for Vit A and D, B-complex, and Mg and iodine/unrefined sea salt. I wish you the best of luck in your health journey.😊

Do the spit test in the morning by spitting into a glass of water before eating or drinking and see if some sinks to the bottom - if it does it means candida is in your throat/tongue which shows its been in the body for a long time. I started taking Candidase and my sugar cravings went away, then I noticed I didn't need my infrared light box and was waking up feeling clear and alert, all by day 2 of the treatment.

@philippeb4126 Me too. I was wondering if working kind of forced me into intermittent fasting. When not working, I seemed to eat a little bit throughout the day. Being at work, I was more thoughtful about what foods I ate so my energy stayed up.

My problem was too much caffeine... I would wake up tired, and therefore drink a lot of caffeine to get through the day. By bed time, I'm too wired and don't get a good night sleep, thus I wake up tired again... and the cycle continues.

I fixed my insomnia by getting up early and taking the morning sun. It does a few things for you. The early morning sun is of a different quality and has lots of red light which is good for your eyes, and reverses macular degeneration. It also stimulates your cells to produce melatonin -- which is a bit odd because at night your pineal gland needs Darkness to produce it the early morning sun resets your circadian rhythm so by 9 you'll start feeling sleepy again

GAME CHANGERS FOR ME..I've been eating all whole foods, high protein for years...but what REALLY helped, cold showers (which aren't fun in winter for me) and intermittent fasting of 14 or more hours. Thank you Dr. Berg.
