  • Sinus and allergy headache relief exercises that you can do daily to help yourself feel good when dealing with sinusitis, runny nose, facial pain, face pressure, fullness in your ears or eustachian tube dysfunction, swelling in your face.
    The self-care techniques you will be using in the video are known to help sinusitis by increasing circulation within your sinuses, stirring up congestion, promoting sinus drainage, helping your lymphatic system remove sinusoidal debris and even help strengthen your immune system.
    Acupressure massage in this video has been taken from Chinese acupuncture techniques. Specific points have been known for 100s of years to help with sinus pressure and drainage.
    Helping your cranial bones and upper cervical spine with some of these techniques can aid in the flow cerebrospinal fluid. This helping of the plumbing in your head can start to ease sinus pressure.
    Lymphatic drainage massage is used here to stimulates the movement of lymphatic fluid. When lymph fluid is flowing, it can help reduce congestion and sinus pressure.
    Along with endonasal cranial adjusting, the Muncie Technique, laser therapy, and other modalities I use the techniques in this video with my patients in my chiropractic office and am excited about sharing them with you. To recap, the video covers massage techniques, acupuncture points/pressure points, stretches and myofascial trigger points for Maxillary, Frontal, Ethmoid and Sphenoid paranasal sinuses.

    I usually shy away from commenting on a video. But what you are doing sir is a social service. Anyone who suffers from sinus pain and pressure would agree it is the worst form of pain. I did it alongwith you and had to pause multiple times because of the drainage that started happening within seconds of doing the exercises. Have been in excruciating pain for 3 days and this brought instant relief. Already saved it and forwarded it to friends and family with similar struggles. Thank you so much for making this video Adam. It really helps 🥰

    This was amazing. I have a serious sinus infection right now with a major headache and have a 7 month old baby. Tired and frustrated and of course sick. Once I was in the middle of the video during the massages I instantly started feeling relief and by the end started crying. Realized that my body is telling me to take better of myself and I have been neglecting myself for a long time. Thank for brining me peace and love to ourselves and giving us hope that everything will be okay. Sending love your way and health.

I've had surgery for clogged tear ducts, deviated septum and sinuses. I'm 4 months out from my last surgery and still feel pressure and even a dull pain in my sinuses - all the areas you touched on today. The exercises you shared were calming and holistic, connecting so many aspects for healing. I'll continue these and share with my ENT. Thank you!

    Unbelievable. Ever since 1985, I have periodically been getting sinus headaches. If I don’t properly medicate it, I developed a migraine with nausea and vomiting. Two nights ago, I developed a sinus heading, and the maximum dose didn’t work. I turned to UA-cam and discovered this. It worked! Last night I developed another one. Again, your method worked. My head and face area feels awful. I take 1/2 valium when it gets too bad but the only thing it does is help me to fall back asleep. I also have a glass of wine or two and a night cap to help me relax. It helps a little but I think the exercises will help more...I pray they do. Glad to know I'm not alone in this. I will definitely be doing these exercises.

    Hi Adam! I don’t typically leave comments of praise but I want to tell you how much I appreciate your videos. I always watch them and perform the exercises whenever I feel congested, inflammation, stressed or otherwise out of sorts and by the end I feel relaxed, present and overall so much better. They have helped me immensely in my day to day life. So once again thank you for your videos! Love and support from Australia.

    Thank you for being so generous to share your expertise with the world and to make these very helpful videos for people to use, especially during this COVID time when people cannot get to the doctor as easily. Is singing as beneficial for the sinuses as humming?

    • @dradamfields
      @dradamfields  2 роки тому +2

      Hi Barb, Great question! It's that deep vibration that you get from humming that I like for the sinuses but singing is so wonderful and I'm sure you will get some benefit from it. Especially, the low notes. Thanks for your generous comment.

    I HONESTLY THOUGHT MOST OF THESE MASSAGE VIDEOS WERE BS, BUT THIS ONE ACTUALLY WORKED! I've had stuffy, achy sinuses for the past couple of days, and I followed this video and by the 3rd and a half minute, I could breathe clearly again! Just amazing, thanks doctor Adam Fields. Great job bro and keep it up!
