The way guy was holding the barbell in Barbell curl clip, (which came after variations of hammer curl) was wrong... as far as I knkow. Gap between two grips was TOO wide.
and how long do u think it took them to get like that /5/7 days aweek . some have a job . 8 hrs a day ?

Training 5 to 7days a week, 8hrs!?😮 That's insane, I enjoy a good work out but I also have a life to live and bills to pay. So while you guys chose to live and train like cyborgs, I will run miles and exercise to be fighting fit and spend more time on weekends with my kids😊
Most hardcore body builders only train an hour and a hald to two hours. Its a misconception that "oh you need to workout 8 hours a day to look like that"
