I did Bodybuilding for years & always wanted to do calisthenics never stuck with it, since my second child I knew I needed a big change & I am never going back to Bodybuilding. I’ve been focusing on a muscle up now for 3 weeks slowly getting more strength

I needed to watch this today. Have been trying to learn MU, dynamically and strict etc but feel like I am super far from the goal. Progression is not linear and sometimes I wonder if it’s possible. Qn: Is it all about repeating the knee drive and till you succeed in the MU? Lastly, thanks for sharing your journey. I’d keep trying the dynamic MU without bands like you recommend.
I am not sure if you have addressed it anywhere Summer, but how many hours are you training (realistically) a day (week)? I am planning out my goals for the next two years and am curious that if when I get my basic strength sorted, what is the time impact to work on calisthenics.
