    You’re actually an amazing teacher!! I say this cause I trained at a calisthenics place a couple years ago and I tried learning the muscle up from them, but was never taught about the progressions with such nuanced teaching!! You go in detail about every movement with the why’s and how’s!!! That’s amazing and goes on to show how good you truly are in this movement!! Huge fan of yours!!!

    What a great teaching video with fantastic progressions! The explanations were simple, sharp with great delivery. The demos were awesome. I'm a 'seasoned' Phys Ed Teacher and and just getting into Crossfit and am looking to master the bar and rings going forward. I loved this video!!! Thank you.

    Got my first one (well did about six total) today. I’m 62. Set this as a goal a couple of weeks ago. I think the foam roller exercise on the floor helped to most. Thanks

    I’ve been watching all your videos during our lockdown !     This is a super awesome and helpful video I just wish we had that bar height mine are way to high . I find that it's to high that I can't concentrate on the movement .

    I was getting into crossfit just over three years ago then had to have a stent put into my aorta. I am cleared to start working out again but just do not know where to start. I have lost all of my muscle I was gaining and have gained about 20 lbs. I want to feel fit and healthy again.

    I see, a great deal of those exercises carry over to/from front lever drills, depending on what you learn first (in my case it's the front lever)
    Especially that lat strength 💪
    Can't wait to try out your technique!

    In terms of the grip and having your thumb around the bar, does that include when you are wearing big no chalk grips?

    Thank you for uploading these informative videos on a consistent basis. I don’t know how you find the time to train, eat, and make these videos but they are extremely helpful to me and to a lot of people who are trying to learn from the best of the best.
