Wow 🤩 What a GREAT video, thank you! As a new coach and athlete who doesn’t have her BMU, I’m excited to incorporate these techniques and learning these together 🎉
You’re actually an amazing teacher!! I say this cause I trained at a calisthenics place a couple years ago and I tried learning the muscle up from them, but was never taught about the progressions with such nuanced teaching!! You go in detail about every movement with the why’s and how’s!!! That’s amazing and goes on to show how good you truly are in this movement!! Huge fan of yours!!!
Actually, You know how to convey the concept easily and also making attention on difficult part of the process . I totally get impressed from your video and your video is attracting me to watch and learn more . i am adding one more thing here .. not only me who notice that you are a great teacher . while posting comment i thought that i am only noticing but later after reading comments i find others also noticing . that's why i edited the comment.
Just saw your RMU video and searched your videos for a BMU one and sadly couldn't find one.... then u post this about an hour later.... how are you this perfect😫😍
Thanks a lot for sharing - the transition explanation helped me a lot, as this is the phase I am struggling most. Very good drills with good and helpful progressions!!!
Thank you Kristi for the in-depth training video! It is really appreciated that you spend some much time explaining everything in detail and breaking it down piece by piece. I look forward to watching more of your How to videos. Thanks again.
This video is exactly what each and everyone needed as a beginner! You guys are amazing because you explained it as clearly and concisely. Truly Inspiring. 👏
What a great teaching video with fantastic progressions! The explanations were simple, sharp with great delivery. The demos were awesome. I'm a 'seasoned' Phys Ed Teacher and and just getting into Crossfit and am looking to master the bar and rings going forward. I loved this video!!! Thank you.
Hello Dear Kristi. Thanks for your work ! I have watched plenty of how to do bar muscle ups videos on youtube, honestly this is if not the best, one of the most informative and effective video I have ever come across! Love to watch it over and over again, I'll promise to give you feedback when I have my first bar muscle up.
Got my first one (well did about six total) today. I’m 62. Set this as a goal a couple of weeks ago. I think the foam roller exercise on the floor helped to most. Thanks
again with another amazing tutorial. thanx so much Kristi! ive been subscribed to your channel for some months now and just love all of the knowledge you're dropping on us workout types. i went back and watched earlier CFGs and am so impressed by your consistency and gains over the years. you're a total badass and i hope you get on the podium this year at the 2020 CrossFit Games! thanx again for all of this. you're definitely an inspiration and certainly a great motivator. cheers!
Wow... what an incredible tutorial... the fact that u explained the reason "not" to bring ure knees up... the term weightlessness... and how u like seeing it done well... thank you for great advice 😊💪🏽
wow...never thought i would see a tutorial as simple and as informative as yours for bar MU and guess what i just do my 1st MU...only problem i have is the negatives so i guess im gonna work that...thanks
I’ve been watching all your videos during our lockdown ! I’ve brought myself a pull up bar which is now outside in the garden and the instructional videos you have on your channel are brilliant , I’m just concentrating on skill work now the gym is shut , thank you for all your help ! Best of luck for this years open
Wow it is like having a coaching team with you both offerring drills, tips and encouragement. This post gave me new insight. Keep up the good work and blessings to your marriage.
Literally got my first one after watching this. I could do 5 normal muscle ups but could never get the swinging of a crossfit muscle up. Thanks for the awesome video!
You forgot the part about being massively strong as well. Lol. I’m working on it. Almost ready to try my first. Will follow your instructions and prep. Thank you!
This is a super awesome and helpful video I just wish we had that bar height mine are way to high . I find that it's to high that I can't concentrate on the movement .
I was getting into crossfit just over three years ago then had to have a stent put into my aorta. I am cleared to start working out again but just do not know where to start. I have lost all of my muscle I was gaining and have gained about 20 lbs. I want to feel fit and healthy again.
I see, a great deal of those exercises carry over to/from front lever drills, depending on what you learn first (in my case it's the front lever) Especially that lat strength 💪 Can't wait to try out your technique!
Thank you for uploading these informative videos on a consistent basis. I don’t know how you find the time to train, eat, and make these videos but they are extremely helpful to me and to a lot of people who are trying to learn from the best of the best. Still wondering if there is a Spotify playlist still coming out though!! I’m in dire need of new music.
Thank you very much for sharing that video you are an amazing and I really appreciate your time and your explain it very well might affect I was digging and looking around about how I can do this pull up slips and I saw your video you break it down very very well thanks again and please I’m new to the CrossFit and I would like to learn from the beginning how I do the jerks and the other technique thank you again you’re an amazing ❤️
